Afterwards we sat down and showed everything that was done with pictures showing the work that he provided, also explaining things step by step. Gave a great recommendation to have some electrical work done. I’m glad that I chose AFS 6 years ago to do my basement and crawl space

Wow! I am on the building and grounds Committee for our church and what started as a flooring moisture problem was discovered to be a crawl space moisture problem. With a complete inspection from Abe Austin he showed us our problem source and how we could remediate for the future. The encapsulation crew of John Jones, Anthony G. And Gavin P. were clean and professional all the while keeping us informed. We also had a foundation problem on the corners of our Sanctuary that AFS, with the crew of Cesar Moreno, Juan Zumora and Meguiel, placed helicals to lift and stabilize the foundation. We could not have asked for a better job, crew or price. Our church is now ready for future generations. Thank you so much for a job well done.

From the rip I was impressed with AFS. I learned about the through an Instagram ad and they made it super easy for me to let them know that I was having problems with my crawl space. I filled out a thing on instagram and within minutes someone from AFS called me. After that an inspection was scheduled and that's where we met Paul. Paul was awesome, super professional but laid back just enough to make us feel super comfortable, and we never felt like he was trying to up sell us on anything. He communicated very well throughout the entire process and even hooked us up with an electrician that they use for jobs (SES). He was really a top notch sales person. Then the guys on the job. AFS has an excellent communication system that sends you texts with links to where the crew is at when they are headed your way and even it even lets you know that the crew has arrived at your location. The job for us took 3 days and it was super smooth. Alex, Sam and Braxton did an excellent job doing the work, cleaning up and being very professional. They even stayed late the last night on the job to wrap it up and even though they didn't leave until about 9:30 that night the site was cleaned up to the point that you wouldn't even know that they were just working there. All in all I can't recommend AFS enough. 10/10 we are very satisfied with the entire experience!

We recently had AFS encapsulate our crawlspace, installing a drainage system, dehumidifier, wall vapor barrier, and sump pumps—and we couldn't be happier with the experience! Travis initially came out for our yearly inspection related to previous floor stabilization and noticed signs of moisture and potential concerns for mold. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable, taking the time to educate us on the issue and walk us through our options. He even returned in the evening to review everything with my husband, which we truly appreciated. Once we decided to move forward, AFS acted quickly, scheduling installation within just a few days. The entire process was seamless and well-communicated—we always knew when the team would arrive, what had been completed each day, and when they were leaving. The installation crew was top-notch—Riley, Nathon, Alex, Brent, and Conner were all professional, thorough, and respectful throughout the process. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right were evident from start to finish. We highly recommend AFS to anyone needing crawlspace solutions or foundation work. Their expertise, efficiency, and customer service are truly outstanding!
