AFS repaired our sinking foundation today. They have been wonderful from start to finish! They are the real deal! Casey was a pleasure to deal with when he came to give us a quote. He answered our never-ending questions and was professional and kind. He answered texts and calls promptly. The crew that performed our repair (David, Bobby, Jose, and Jacob) were a joy to deal with. David contacted me this morning to let me know what time they’d arrive. The crew all introduced themselves to me. Incredibly professional. They showed me each step of the process to make sure I understood what was being done. They protected plants we were trying to save. They cleaned everything up prior to leaving and left the areas better than they found them. It was obvious that these four guys take so much pride in their work! All in all, it was a wonderful experience. These five employees are incredible, and AFS is lucky to have them on board!

Kyle arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. After spending time and reviewing my leak situation, we determined that AFS was not the company to stop my leak. AFS deals with foundation problems which I had none at this time, but would definitely call them if I did. I appreciate the free visit and will call someone to address my leak problem.

These guys, Jorge, Jesus, and Hilmer, from AFS came to do foundation work at our home. What a PROFESSIONAL, HARDWORKING, EFFICIENT, POLITE TEAM they are!!!! They worked diligently to make sure that their work was as secure as possible!!!! Periodically during the work day, Jorge would check with me to see if I had any questions or concerns!!! I highly recommend AFS to help with your foundation project especially if you have the TEAM “JJH” —- my acronym for JORGE. JESUS, and HILMER, the crew that laid the helical piers! Thank you!!!

From start to finish, AFS has taken great care and time to ensure the longevity of my home. The initial inspection was completed in great detail. Even when the news of needed repairs hit, the technician remained both tactful and compassionate – ensuring that we were in good hands. When the installation technicians arrived, they got right to work, and provided daily updates. Upon completion, the installation technicians sent pictures and videos of the completed crawl space work. They were courteous and kind, as well as professional. The entire process was fantastic, I would highly recommend this company, for all things crawlspace foundation and basement.

Charles Halmark is an exemplary example of the perfect employee. This man was on time and did every inspection by the book and then explained everything in detail. This was the best explanation of things going on under our house that I have ever heard and he made it all make sense. AFS you need to keep this guy around!!! AFS as a whole is a great company also. The barrier that they laid in our crawl space still looks new after several years. The sump pump is still working when it needs to and the dehumidifier is also still working great. Thanks AFS!

We had foundation problems and got the crawl space encapsulated. Notice I said we HAD foundation problems, not anymore!! AFS IS THE BOMB!!!! From the first contact when our inspector Shay arrived to the time our crew arrived, the job completed was exactly as promised. NO SURPRISES!! The crew was amazing to say the least!! They we're very prompt, professional and informative every day. The work area was kept clean every day including the completion of the job!! What a pleasure this experience has been!!
