Our porch stairs had settled and since the brick is no longer available, we opted to try and lift and stabilize the existing stairs. AFS was very responsive and proposed a pier system. They were very communicative and arrived on time to do the work. Their crew, Andres, Jordan, and Joshua worked in a very professional manner to quickly complete the job. They were as careful as possible to leave a minimum post-work footprint, and the property looked good when they left. The lift and stabilization procedure was successful and we are satisfied customers. We would recommend AFS for this type of work.

Rob L. of AFS was easy to work with and very patient to explain the issues with my crawlspace and the proposal to repair it to best suit my needs. He texted me on several occasions to setup the time of the inspection and arrived on time as he promised. I appreciate Rob's patience with me, and he made sure I had all my questions answered and that I understood the proposal. I really appreciated his courtesy and professionalism.

AFS came out to the house today to install 5 piers around one corner of my home. The crew that showed up consisted of David, Bobby, and Jesus and they were all friendly and professional. They got right to work and did a good job of looping me in at every step to ensure I understood what was happening and why. I am very pleased with the job they did and how they cleaned up after the work was done. I would recommend AFS (and this crew specifically) to anyone looking for a company to complete foundation repairs.

I recently had four support piers installed under a corner of my house. This is my second experience with the work of AFS, and I’m glad to say that both times the staff and work of AFS were top-notch. The initial meeting and assessment with Greg was thorough and clear about the need for work. Greg took time to explain the work to be done and the estimate. He was friendly, professional – an excellent representative for AFS. The crew of Uber, Fernando and Marco, who completed the foundation work were equally professional. Each was friendly, personable and conscientious about their work. They ensured that I was able to see the work at different stages, and the they explained it in detail and made sure my questions were answered. This trio worked steadily and without complaint in the sun on a 90+ degree day to complete the work. When complete, they he area was made neat and ready for grass seeding, which I appreciated a lot. Clearly, I can highly recommend AFS and their staff for crawlspace and foundation work. Both times I needed them, they came through with flying colors. Thank you AFS.

Trevor, Brennan, James, and Jamari were the crew to do the push piers on our foundation and we couldn't be happier with their work. They were punctual, polite, finished ahead of schedule and left the place just as clean as they found it. I am thoroughly satisfied with the company as a whole. From the sight survey and evaluation all the way through completion they went above and beyond. Always communicated with me and kept me informed of expectations, changes, and arrival times. If you are considering using AFS… I couldn't recommend them enough. I am one happy customer!

We had a wet and smelly crawl space and AFS was recommended by a friend. We called and they were able to get it inspected and repaired quickly. Evan Jenson, Aldo Garcia and Jorge Martinez was the team that encapsulated our crawl space. They are very professional, hardworking and efficient!
