He took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done correctly and efficiently. The results were excellent—my concrete is now level, solid, and looks great. The work was clean, precise, and completed on time. It’s clear Nick takes a lot of pride in his craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend asking for Nick Bohal if you need any work done. You won’t be disappointed.

I was standing at the crossroads of whether to sell my home/property or have foundation issues addressed. An AFS truck passed my house one day so I decided to give them a call for an inspection and quote. Joe Kashner, Project Manager, arrived and did the inspection. Thankfully, it was found that I had termites, which I immediately had treated. He went over the issues, which were much more than I anticipated, and then the quote. It still left me standing at the crossroads on what to do. However, after much thought and discussion and questions answered, Joe worked with me, and I made a decision I wanted to keep my home. An AFS crew showed up on a Monday for a week long project that included joist work (adding and replacement), partial girder replacement, some sealplate replacement, and then encapsulation (due to water and moisture problems). The crew – Taylor Fox, David Ennis, Patrick Trotter, and Clay Graham (who came on the last day to assist with completion) were nothing short of amazing. Such hardworking professionals with great work ethic that kept me updated throughout the project with pics. I just can't say enough good. What a pleasure it was to have them around. Their workmanship looks amazing! I am so thankful for that truck passing my house that one day that lead me to call AFS. I know they had my best interest at heart, and for that, I am grateful. I was blessed with the best!

Quinton, Victory, and Kenny did a fantastic job correcting what Brad Prefontaine Uck up. Brad, the assistant sale manager wrote up me a proposal to repair my living room floor by doing it through the crawl space. The repair that Brad had purposed. Did not address my problem at all. I tried calling Brad, no answer. Tried texting him, no response. Brad even changed a line item that he had listed in the proposal to replace damaged subfloor. When I signed the contract. After I signed the contract, I asked Brad for a copy of it and to send me photos that he claimed he took. Never did see neither one. If I could have had a copy of the signed contract seeing that Brad had deleted the line item to replace 20" of damage subfloor. I WOULD HAVE CANCELED THE JOB. MY THINKING IS IF BRAD DID THIS TO ME. HE PROBABLY DID IT TO OTHERS. Quinton, Victor and Kenny did the best job to get the repair to a satisfactory repair. To all that's wants to get work done by AFS. PLEASE DONT TRUST BRAD PREFONTAINE. HE REALL NEED TO BE FIRED. HE'S A SCAMMER. FRAUDULENT. TRUST ME

AFS is a straight-up company. From the initial inspection by Fred, to the work being completed by Dillon and his crew, I could not have expected a smoother process. The skills and professionalism of each was way beyond what was expected. Dillon explained each process in detail and answered any questions or concerns I had. The finished product resulted in a house that no longer have doors that stick when opening and closing or floors that creak when walking on them, and is once again level. The clean-up when finished was a plus. They seeded and put straw down in the yard wherever their machine had been or they had been working. I would highly recommend AFS for any foundation repair work someone may need. You will not be disappointed. Thank you AFS for a job well done Allen & Sheron McGill Alcoa, TN
