Freddy D., Jacob S., and Santos G., were awesome. It was a positive experience. They hauled off all the debris that they pulled from my crawl space. Freddy walked me through what was done after they were finished. I have worked with AFS before. They are always the best.

Rob L. of AFS was easy to work with and very patient to explain the issues with my crawlspace and the proposal to repair it to best suit my needs. He texted me on several occasions to setup the time of the inspection and arrived on time as he promised. I appreciate Rob's patience with me, and he made sure I had all my questions answered and that I understood the proposal. I really appreciated his courtesy and professionalism.

Matthew and John were exceptional. They did an outstanding job in no time at all. They were friendly and professional, showed up when they said they would, and left everything nice and clean. We spoke to Neal in the beginning who priced it for us and set up our appointment. He's a super nice guy, easy to work with. Would highly recommend AFS to everyone!

I have had some foundation settling and wanted to get some professionals out to take a look and give some quotes. I had three companies come out, and AFS was the one I was most impressed with. Alan McConnell was my inspector and he took his time, didn’t seem in a rush, and truly made it seem more like a friend helping me than something transactional. As someone who is often a DIY’er I appreciated his detail and insight on options, methods, etc. Their quote was competitive and I don’t have any complaints. Definitely give them a call if you need some foundation help!

We just had an interior drain with a sump pump installed. Talon did the inspection and estimate. He was professional and spent ample time answering our questions. He also promptly returned all texts questions and calls. Eddie was the foreman with Baron and Jackson as crew. They were excellent in walking me through what they were doing, and answering my questions. I highly recommend them, and will be using them for the encapsulation.

Spotting daylight through a crack in the basement wall wasn't a pleasant surprise. I picked AFS to help based on their positive reviews here, and wasn't disappointed. Everyone from AFS was a pleasure to work with. Mackenzie was very attentive and thoughtful in assessing the work and coming up with a plan. Eric, Christian and Wilmer could not have been nicer or more professional, and did an amazing job on the foundation, and I couldn't believe how fast they worked their magic. Parris and Tristan went above and beyond lifting and fixing the sagging stoops. I've unfortunately had to have a lot of work done on my house, and all these guys were the best. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AFS to anyone.
