Our annual AFS inspection results showed major concerns with our basement. Thankful the inspection tech found the issues early. We had a second dehumidifier installed and the floor joists and sub flooring sprayed to kill mold that had begun to form. AFS was able to schedule us within 2 weeks of inspection. The installation techs were prompt, very efficient, and cleaned up after work was done. They were in contact with me during the entire process. Highly recommend AFS for any foundation/basement concerns.

I can’t say anything but great things about Gunter the technician that came to do my annual home inspection this year. He was very professional and competent explained things well. He also went above and beyond because there was a part that needed to be replaced, and he did not have it in his truck, but he made a point to call me on Saturday. Yes the weekend and say he was in the area and would be happy to run by and put it on if that was OK. I told him that would be fine and that I was extremely impressed that he would make time on his day off to take care of getting this fixed. It is a great company and Gunter is a great example of the talented service oriented staff they have.

From the day the original AFS representative inspected my leaking basement, presented me with a quote, and sent out an installation crew to complete the installation I have been totally satisfied. My basement is now totally dry. No longer do I have to endure the very embarrassing continuous damp, moldy smell and water in my finished basement. I agreed to a 5 yr. annual inspection program as part of the original contract. Today, Tony Marlowe from AFS performed a very thorough foundation inspection, as well the pumping and dehumidifier equipment. I found Tony to be, not only very knowledgeable of his product, but also to be very personable and respectful; the type of individual I would welcome into my home at any time. Although I still had onone more year left on my original contract, I decided to extend the inspection program another three years.

Jackson, Mikey and Michal did a fantastic job stabilizing my house. They had to add 23 posts and steel beams all throughout a house built in 1962. The house before they came had developed a very shaky floor system and had sank 3 inches in some areas. It is now solid. I am really pleased with their work and their timeless. I give them 5 perfect stars plus some. I highly recommend AFS.

My husband and I just purchased an older home and were unpleasantly surprised of the condition of the crawlspace on our inspection report (see screenshot attached in the photos – this space was almost a deal breaker on buying the house because of the mold). After talking to AFS, we decided it was best to treat the mold then fully encapsulate everything for 1. storage 2. long-term energy savings and 3. (most importantly) cleaner air to breathe in every day. Ben, Angel, Mario, and Israel did an amazing job on our large crawlspace (see other pictures)! What was supposed to be a 2-day job was completed in 1 day and all questions we had about the work were answered instantly! We are incredibly happy with it and feel like a huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders as new homeowners!
