Made an appointment that came out to quote me on ceiling a basement wall. The reality is that when your footer drains eventually Claude, yet figured a way to deal with the water and the only reliable way is from the inside. AFS is not the cheapest, but they are effective and I would say very reasonable.

Could not recommend them more highly. We called AFS because we are in the process of selling our house and the home inspector recommended we have our foundation inspected due to a crack in the garage.The scheduling and pre-appointment communication was great. Nate called the night before to confirm, and he arrived exactly on time. Did a complete inspection and came back with good news – no moisture is getting through and we don’t need any repairs. Such a relief to know there are no issues. Best of all, we weren’t pressured to buy anything we don’t need. The inspection was free of charge and Travis was prompt, professional and knowledgeable.

I had my crawl space encapsulated last year. An inspector came to check as they do in a year it was after a heavy rain and found a significant amount of water. The crew came back the next day and put in a drainage system. Everything was left spotless. I would highly recommend AFS to anyone. Thank you Nikoli, Christian, Caleb and Chris awesome job. Levi came out to my house and designed a solution for a complicated garage water problem. I was initially concerned by the troubled look on his face! But he explained everything. He carefully explained the cause of the water drainage and the effect of the problem on my garage floor. The problem is bad, but he went back to the office and designed a viable solution. I initially called a concrete guy who offered the WRONG solution for 3x the AFS cost! I’m glad I called AFS – but I should have called them first. Protecting my property investment is important to me. Thank you AFS!

I had talked to a few companies before deciding on AFS to address the moisture issue in our basement before finishing it into a family area, The guys called about an hour before arriving to let us know they were on their way, when they arrived Jackson introduced the crew of Mikey and. Chelsea, They explained what they would be doing and asked if I had any questions. They worked consistently all day with only a short break, about noon time Jackson asked me if I wanted to see the progress and I was amazed, They continued working past 7 o’clock until they had finished the whole basement, I was so amazed and happy, I would highly recommend AFS for your basement water problems and especially the crew of Jackson, Mikey and Chelsea, they are true hard working professionals with great customer satisfaction skills!

Salvador, Elder, Everardo, & Pedro did an outstanding job! For years, some service folks would not even go in my crawlspace for fear of not coming back out lol. After these guys took care of encapsulating the entire space, you could sleep under there! I am certainly looking forward to no more moisture and mold, fungus or critters. I am extremely pleased with the work, the crew, and the efficiency – on time and per agreed-to schedule. Highly recommend AFS and these four guys getting it done for you!

From start to finish, AFS has taken great care and time to ensure the longevity of my home. The initial inspection was completed in great detail. Even when the news of needed repairs hit, the technician remained both tactful and compassionate – ensuring that we were in good hands. When the installation technicians arrived, they got right to work, and provided daily updates. Upon completion, the installation technicians sent pictures and videos of the completed crawl space work. They were courteous and kind, as well as professional. The entire process was fantastic, I would highly recommend this company, for all things crawlspace foundation and basement.
