Was able to talk with the lead and was able to answer all questions. Taylor and his team Ei, Brennan, and Ke'saun (sorry if I didnt get the names right) were great and chatted with them whenever. They got the job done in two days and even went through the getting things done at night. They advise me on what to expect and what to check and even gave a tour under our crawl space. Was a great investment for the encapsulation with these gentlemen.

Jorge,Daniel and Gabriel completed a job for us that was phenomenal. They placed a sump pump in the basement along with piping and it looks very good. They were courteous and answered questions and kept us updated on the progress. I would recommend this crew to anyone. Thanks to Seth who initially came out to look at our problem and gave us the solution.

We had quotes from three different companies for encapsulation and foundation repair but went with AFS as they caught a couple things the other companies did not. Also, we liked the heavier duty product they offer for encapsulation, plus an air tight/insulated crawlspace door. Nikoli E, Caleb B, Ivan G and Christian P. did a great job and left the crawlspace neat and tidy. Nickoli was very communicative and has the most excellent customer service skills of any contractor I've ever worked with. They did not promise they could lift our floor to level but in the end, it looks and feels almost level! We were pleasantly surprised. Thanks for a great experience!

Sorry for the late review! Kayode & Tyler did an amazing job with the encapsulation, French drain, removal of mold and extension of my discharge pipes in my crawlspace. They walked into a mess and left me with a dry, mold free crawlspace with an area that could be used for storage as well, Thank you!

Archie, Nate, and Adam are amazing!!! We have had several jobs done at our house over the past couple of years and there is no one who comes even close to matching the professionalism, personal attention, and communication of Archie. They had to come back a few times to get the job done—because our house is a Franken-house and they were gracious and genuinely interested in getting the job done right. I cannot recommend them enough and AFS lucked out to have Archie representing the company. Amazing!

I had the pleasure of working with Scott Alsabrook to waterproof my basement, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Scott is the epitome of professionalism. From the moment we started, he didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need—instead, he offered clear, well-informed options, allowing me to make the best decision for my home. His ability to explain the full scope of the work and ensure I understood every step of the process was invaluable. Thanks to Scott, my basement is now completely water-free. I highly recommend him for anyone in need of foundation or waterproofing services—he’s knowledgeable, honest, and dedicated to solving the problem the right way. Ask for Scott—you won’t regret it!
