I had a great experience working with Rhett at AFS. He was incredibly thorough with his assessment and explained everything. My house was built in the 50s, so it has its quirks. He assured me that repairing the moisture damage in the crawlspace was step one in our home reno. A crawlspace repair is definitely not something you want to spend money on, but I feel confident it was worth every penny!

Using technologically advanced equipment, Andrew Walker thoroughly measured and inspected Interior Floors, Walls, Garage, Driveway, Walkways, Patio, Front Porch and Stoop for Signs Of Settlement, providing clear feedback on his findings throughout the inspection process. Andrew performed very professionally, establishing accurate dimensions to compare against a previous Inspection by Talon, and the excellent Foam Injection lifting and leveling work performed in 2023 by Josh and Jeremy. I am Quite Satisfied with the Overall Service and Materials provided by AFS Technicians. Keep up the Good Work!

DEVON ,DEE AND OMAR Arrived timely set up and did the job with respect and professionalism. No problems with any request towards house respect or requests for special attention. Problems with install came up Devon immediately attempted to describe and explain situations and remedies. Was not offened nor showed any frustration when I asked to talk with Allen. Devon was patient and friendly, he immediately called Allen and communicated the problem, continued other work and waited for Allen to arrive and settle and answered all concerns. The whole experience was not with out issues. But where handled and remedied on site to my satisfaction. Great crew, did a good jod even in spite of terrible weather. Thank you

I would like to thank Stephen, Alex and his crew, Matt, and Parris for all that they did. Everything was professional and you could have not asked for anymore. It all started from the Quote till the finished product, very professional. They answered all my questions and explained it to a tee. The whole process lasted 3 days, every part of the process was weel communicated withe time and estimates on completion. AFS should be very proud of the personnel they have working for them. GREAT JOB !!!!!

The crew that came out from AFS to install 6 pillars were fantastic. They are Josh B Bailey L Isaiah W Kuda They worked awesome as a team!!! The work was explained to me what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, and what materials they were using. Answered any and all questions. One of the points they made was they would dig down till they hit rock, well here in Mt. Juliet you don’t have to dig very far as a matter of fact footer sat on rock ( 5 of 6 did) These men had jackhammers to bust out rock a foot down them undermine the footer 6” in order to get pillars in. They worked for two days jackhammering to accomplish this task. They worked together not just one doing all the work, they were awesome!!! Hard to find good workers like that anymore!!! It would be nice if they had a hoe ram attachment for their mini-x Would have saved them time and their backs. Once again they Never Slacked!!! I would highly recommend this group to do any of your work you need done ! They respected our home , yard and dogs:)! They were very professional Thank you we appreciate it very much I would like to give 10 starts but not an option. Call em you won’t be sorry you did !!!

The experience over all was great. Had a few small bumps in the road. A few things were left off of the work order and scheduling was kind of slow with the electrician. My salesman, Blake took care of it all and made it right. As for the installation crew, Cesar and his crew were amazing!!! Cesar was the one that noticed the mistake in the order and was trying to get it resolved prior to coming out, but he was having trouble getting in touch with the salesman Blake for some reason, he would not answer his phone call. Once he finally got Blake on the phone, which I had to call from my number, they worked it all out. Cesar and his crew took the time to be careful of all the plants in the flower beds. They dug up the rose bushes and replanted them when they were done. Also put down plywood to save the grass. Cesar kept apologizing for the mistake in the work order, I assured him that it wasn’t his fault. Blake did apologize but his communication could be better. He did resolve the error and I’m very grateful. But a special shout out to Cesar and his crew Miguel, Luciano, and Jerman!! They were great. When they cleaned everything up, it looked better than it did when they got there. Your install crew taking the time to acknowledge my frustration and being so kind really made the difference. Great job guys!!!
