Wanted to shout out Trent Baker, Cole Barbaras and Chester Werkheiser for doing an excellent job of installing a French drain and sump pump in my basement. Trent explained everything to me and kept me updated on the progress. Work was completed in one day and did they did an awesome job of cleaning up when done. Highly recommend these guys to help with your leaky water/moisture needs.

I had a great experience with the estimator, Levi. He was smart, took the time to really listen to my concerns, and clearly understood every aspect of his business. He explained the issues and possible solutions in a way that was easy to understand, without any pressure or sales gimmicks. His knowledge and willingness to answer questions gave me a lot of confidence in the company and in the repair plan he proposed. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is both highly competent and genuinely attentive to the customer. I would absolutely recommend Levi.

Today I had an appointment with Jordan from AFS. I had some problem with my crawl space and I needed to know what it was and how much it would cost to fix it. Jordan looked at the rotted subfloor and the mold growing under the flooring. He examined the crawlspace and took several pictures of what he found. We sat down and through conversation, videos and pictures he explained exactly what he found and what caused it. Jordan then laid out the options, costs and his recommendation for remediation. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills. If you are in need of foundation/crawlspace work, I highly recommend contacting AFS for a free consultation and quote.

We have just had the pleasure of spending the last 2 hours or so with Sawyer. Very nice guy, very knowledgeable about the service, product and installation. Walked through what we have going on and what it would take to fix it. We appreciated his honesty. I am sure he probably makes commission for every sale but he worked with us until we got a plan and price we could afford. Thank you Sawyer, you are an asset to your company.

Phenomenal all around! Michael was great at setting us up and explaining the process. Great communication! Logan, Tristan, & Jacob were fast & EXCELLENT at their jobs. I would highly recommend AFS for all of your foundation, crawlspace and basement needs/concerns. My wife and I had our crawlspace inspected after some concerns we noticed and needed a subject matter expert to answer our questions. Spencer Colson (Certified Field Inspector) showed up less than 48-hrs after scheduling. We were presented with a very professional and detailed assessment of our crawlspace (with pictures and yes, they were pictures of our actual crawlspace). He explained the step-by-step process that is utilized by AFS and even educated us on equipment he used to perform the inspection. We were glad during the process that he was not trying to sell us anything, but actually gave us a trustworthy assessment and recommended what needed to transpire from a preventative maintenance standpoint. We are very pleased with the results of his inspection and his above and beyond attitude to address all concerns.
