I helped my sister, Rebecca Morris get her sagging floors and foundation repaired on her home. We worked with Bryan Patrick from DFX. Bryan was great to work with and was very knowledgeable about his product and services as well as the repairs that were needed. He answered all our questions, was very punctual and accountable both before, during and after the work was completed. His team did an outstanding job leveling her floors, bracing the support beams and replacing bad floor joist. I would highly recommend DFX to anyone needing repairs on floors and foundations. Bryan and DFX were also the best price. They created drawings, and shared what all would need to be done, they were courteous and did excellent work. I would certainly use Bryan and the DFX team again. I give them 10 stars for making my sister happy. She is 84 years old and didn't have anywhere else to turn and DFX came through. Thank you Bryan and DFX. We really appreciate you. It was a pleasure meeting you and seeing your work completed. Thanks.

They were tasked with installing 13 helical posts. All areas were dug by hand, the removed soil set aside and restored like I would. I bought a house that had some renovation work done in the basement a few months before I moved in . A sump pump system and a vapor barrier had been added. Unfortunately, the seller didn't leave me any information on any of this, other than I was able to find out that AFS did the work. The sump system wasn't working right and I also just needed to find out some information on what work had been done in general, so I called AFS to ask some questions. I ended up being put in contact with Brandon Bailey from AFS. Not only did he send me some general information on the work that had been done, he personally came out to my house to fix up the sump system free of charge, and answered my questions about other future work on the house I was considering. This all surprised me with how much they were willing to help me out even though the work was all done well before I moved in, and has definitely earned AFS a future customer.

AFS did a great job for us! John Brandon did a free inspection and did a great job explaining everything and helping us understand what we needed. Turns out we had a lot of water running under our house in the crawlspace, so AFS removed the old insulation, put in a drain system with a pump and a dehumidifier and did the crawlspace encapsulation. The installers were Earle Gamble and Noah Cruz and they did a fantastic job. Very friendly and worked hard to finish the project in 3 days. Completely cleaned up everything. Now we no longer have to worry about mold in our crawlspace. Highly recommend! — Randy and Jennifer Smith

We chose AFS for their web reputation and they sensed the urgency of our situation. They came up with a plan to rectify our sagging subfloor so we could replace our hardwood. Initially we had an unexpected result from the AFS foundation stabilization. We asked to meet with Adam, their Field Superintendent. Not only did Adam come to our home, but he examined our crawlspace, came up with an alternative infrastructure that reused equipment already on our site – at no additional cost to us. The same project manager Jesse and his team followed Adam's plan, did excellent work, confirmed we were satisfied and corrected the deficiencies of the previous plan. AFS embodies the motto of my previous corporate home, Keane Inc: "We do what we say we will do." What could have been a bitter experience turned into an excellent one. Thank you Adam, Jesse and AFS for doing what we agreed to at the outset!

Sorry for the late review! Kayode & Tyler did an amazing job with the encapsulation, French drain, removal of mold and extension of my discharge pipes in my crawlspace. They walked into a mess and left me with a dry, mold free crawlspace with an area that could be used for storage as well, Thank you!

We had requested a quote for basement water proofing and when we did the quote included new gutters which was a total surprise due to the low cost. Jeff Stewart and Christian Rudd did an excellent job and are two very hardworking individuals. They stayed well past dark to complete as much work as possible. They walked the house with my husband and explained what would be best for our drainage and worked hard with only one break all day! The next day when they returned they took time to complete the job and cleaned everything up and we couldn’t tell they had been here. Their product is very high quality and improved the appearance of our home. I highly recommend AFS and crew for any gutter needs!
