I had an encapsulation annual inspection/maintenance done today with Emmett Wooton. Emmett called to tell me he was on the way, showed up on time and did a complete, professional inspection of my home. He performed maintenance and taught me a lot about how to better care for my home. Everyone I have worked with from AFS Chattanooga is outstanding and I now add "Excellent Emmett" to the list. Few people realize that the crawspace is as critical to your home's health as the living space or the roof, but it is the truth. AFS has helped me raise the maintenance bar to insure that my home is as close to perfect as I can get it. If you have the opportunity to get a free inspection from Mr. Emmett Wooton, I feel confident that you will feel better about your highest investment and enjoy talking to a true professional who will be a valuable partner.

Bob Fuller conducted an inspection on my home looking for cracks in the brick/mortar. He pointed out things I should watch for. He left me with valuable information in regards to causes of sunken slabs on home and patio. Glad I schedule free inspection. Highly recommended for home onwer.

I am very happy with the work performed by AFS crawl space and waterproofing. The work was top quality. All the people involved were a pleasure to deal with. Ricardo, Joni, and Arnold did an amazing job encapsulating my homes crawl space. They were very professional and cleaned up the job site. I would recommend AFS to anyone.

Ben came out and completed a detailed inspection. He showed me pictures of the problem under my house and explained what could be done to repair it. I was scheduled to have the work done the very next week. Baron and his crew, Matthew and Keith arrived when they said they would. They did an excellent job on the repair. Baron showed me pictures and gave a detailed description of what was done. I would definitely recommend AFS for any repairs you need.

I scheduled my repairs today with Tim and Cole. What was something causing a great deal of fear and anxiety, they calmed. They broke every part of the foundation need down into a way I could understand. They took their time explaining and happily answered even my most ridiculous question. They spent nearly 3hrs just ensuring I knew step by step what to expect. This level of service and trust is unheard of. I'm confident and comfortable moving forward with my home repairs. I couldn't say enough about how wonderful Tim and Cole were. Both men obviously know their job and truly believe in their work. Great men and a great company. Thank you!
