TJ came out this morning and looked over our walk-out basement. Feel much better moving forward knowing how we can improve our situation. He took the time and showed us great ideas to keep our house safe and what to look for down the road. Highly recommend AFS for your basement inspection! Thank you Tanner for your time – you’ll hear from us soon regarding your recommendations.

We had AFS encapsulate our crawl space almost five years ago. It was expensive but we were very pleased initially. Over the years, however, I realized the installers lapped the ground sheets incorrectly directing all the water flow onto the top of the next downhill sheet. This put all the pressure of holding the water on the tape, which did not hold after years of getting wet. Our service technician Ty could see the problem immediately when I told him my concerns. He spent an unbelievable amount of time re-lapping every joint. He did an AMAZING job and I now feel totally confident that my AFS encapsulation will do the job for decades to come. Ty also took the time to explain the control panels of the sump pumps and dehumidifier so I can reset the alarms that occur when it has to go on battery back up, a fairly common occurrence in rural Alabama. Thank you Ty. You are the best.

AFS was absolutely amazing from start to finish. My crawlspace was in such bad shape. Eric came out for an estimate super quickly and I was so impressed by his professionalism and expertise that I decided to hire them on the spot. And I'm so glad I did. Within a week, Evan and his awesome crew came out and transformed my tight, smelly, humid crawlspace into a clean environment that I am sure will leave me and my family feeling physically better. I mean, it was so bad that the smell was getting into the house. I am so incredibly pleased that I hired these guys. Just such a great experience from start to finish. Thank you all so much 🙏

Consultant Jake was great to work with, was straight forward and honest with what had to be done. Foreman Eddie and his crew Tanner and Baron were very professional and did a great job encapsulating my crawlspace as well as placing a beam to support the center of my lower floor.
