DFX did and excellent job. I helped my sister, Rebecca Morris get her sagging floors and foundation repaired on her home. We worked with Bryan Patrick from DFX. Bryan was great to work with and was very knowledgeable about his product and services as well as the repairs that were needed. He answered all our questions, was very punctual and accountable both before, during and after the work was completed. His team did an outstanding job leveling her floors, bracing the support beams and replacing bad floor joist. I would highly recommend DFX to anyone needing repairs on floors and foundations. Bryan and DFX were also the best price. They created drawings, and shared what all would need to be done, they were courteous and did excellent work. I would certainly use Bryan and the DFX team again. I give them 10 stars for making my sister happy. She is 84 years old and didn't have anywhere else to turn and DFX came through. Thank you Bryan and DFX. We really appreciate you. It

The crew who did the work, Nick B and Josh B explained the details of the job prior to starting, and suggested we also fix the steps to avoid future cracking. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived.

We had our crawlspace encapsulated, some structural supports added, and a dehumidifier for humidity control installed by AFS. We just had our one year follow-up inspection done today. I don’t recall the last time I wrote a review but feel compelled to write one today. I Have hired hundreds of employees in my career, and managed a large workforce for many years. I am considered well qualified to evaluate employees. Our inspector was Sammy Stokes. He was exceptional in all aspects of the service provided, and public relations. Respectful in his tone, he displayed a high level of expertise along with a great work ethic. He is a rarity now days, AFS has a great representative, and the consumer has a great service provider with Sammy at the job site!

Aaron Jernigan is the man! He came out after a severe flooding took place in my crawlspace due to a busted city water pipe, removed the standing water, retaped my vapor barrier, and made sure my sump pumps and dehumidifier were still functioning at optimal levels. Even while booked up, he still was able to squeeze me in to take care of my home. I appreciate his professionalism and efficiency. AFS has a rockstar and his name is Aaron!

Our driveway is old , cracked and bumpy 🙁 I called a concrete man and it sounded so complicated- breakup -wash -dump – dig drainage-move sheds – I could not believe it !!! I had seen the afs ads on tv-called and Jameson Gann came to tell us what Afs could do – What a pleasure !!! He was so professional and explained thoroughly how Afs concrete lifting works – We were thrilled -what we dreaded and had no idea of a time frame turned into an event that will take an afternoon !!! Super efficient! Ovy Thompson, Clayton Cox & Landon Chambers came out and repaired my foundation wall as well as the floor joist. I was told it could be completed in two days and it was Todd Van Dyke was the inspector initially and provided a timely estimate as well as schedule. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with foundation and crawlspace repairs. They came highly recommended, very professional on time and within budget
