I used AFS to repair my foundation , They sent me Joe, and his crew, they finished my job in two days, were very professional, took every precaution not to tear up my yard and made sure everything was clean and in order when they finished. Definitely would recommend AFS to family and neighbors and would tell them to make sure they ask for Joe and his crew Jeremiah&Julio to do the job. I would also recommend Tommy Thomason to come out and do the estimate, very professional, checks everything and makes sure you understand the procedures that will be performed, He recommended Joe, Jeremiah and Julio. So make sure you ask for these guys by name if you have issues with your home like I did.

Requested an estimate, gave details of project, they got back with me right away at like 8:00 PM to let me know the project I had in mind was not in their scope of work. Even though they couldn't do it, just responding in the negative was a positive.

We originally contacted AFS for some uneven flooring. They suggested installing floor supports in some key locations and warned us that later we may have the need for girder beam support. That day arrived when AFS showed up for a routine inspection of the original support piers. Todd, our sales representative, was thorough with his explanation and made the options we had clear. The install day, Micah and Kayden communicated their arrival time and worked extremely hard all day. The job was 2 days and they again let us know they were coming early the next morning. Again, they worked very hard all day long and into the early evening. I can't say enough about their work ethic. It was refreshing to witness. They got all the steel placed on the girder beams and extra support piers in place. Great experience and we would highly recommend them if you are in need of any type of foundation issues.

Landon and Brad came out and inspected my crawl space. I was concerned about my vapor barrier and rightfully so. They took pictures for me (far more detailed than my home inspector), and provided me with a solution and quote. I'll be honest, I don't know much about a lot of this, but they showed me videos of how everything worked and encouraged me to do my research. We even worked on a plan to get everything situated. I like that they understood I wanted something long term, and not just a band-aid fix. I also appreciate them being patient with me while I crunched numbers on my laptop. Overall, the two of them were very kind, professional, and informative. Thank you!

I have used this company twice, about six years apart, for problems with my home’s foundation. The first time was in 2017, as a result of the drought. The second was in 2023. My home has a finished basement living area and I was experiencing cracks and shifting, affecting both floors of my home. AFS employs knowledgeable and experienced personnel. The initial inspections and diagnoses, the crews who performed the work, and the follow-up care are all performed by expert personnel. I am very happy with this Company, and my results.

We had Colby Roberts come out to our house and give us an excellent presentation on how to solve our foundation problem. He spoke straight and didn't try to pressure sell us. Instead, he was factual and scientific and laid out all of for us very cleanly. Highly recommend them!

I couldn't be more pleased with the work completed by AFS. This was not an easy project; the foundation footing was much thicker than expected, which created additional challenges and extended the job by a few days. Despite those obstacles, the crew remained professional, respectful, hardworking, and committed to doing the job right. A special thanks to Tim, D-Kota, Hunter, and Zach. Their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way, explained what was happening, answered every question thoroughly, and always responded in a timely manner. What impressed me most was their dedication to quality and customer service. Even when unexpected issues arose, they maintained a positive attitude and focused on delivering the best possible outcome rather than rushing through the work. If you're considering foundation repair, I highly recommend AFS. Their professionalism, workmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction made a challenging project much easier to navigate.

What a great experience! Riley, Nathan and Lupe executed the job exceptionally well, communicated regularly and finished on time! From start to finish, the experience has been impressive. I highly recommend AFS! Invasive work on your home’s foundation is a disconcerting thought. AFS made it a point to clearly define the work, process and functions. From the initial consultation with Ben, to project completion, they “said what they would do, and did what they said.” Well done!
