My husband and I just purchased an older home and were unpleasantly surprised of the condition of the crawlspace on our inspection report (see screenshot attached in the photos – this space was almost a deal breaker on buying the house because of the mold). After talking to AFS, we decided it was best to treat the mold then fully encapsulate everything for 1. storage 2. long-term energy savings and 3. (most importantly) cleaner air to breathe in every day. Ben, Angel, Mario, and Israel did an amazing job on our large crawlspace (see other pictures)! What was supposed to be a 2-day job was completed in 1 day and all questions we had about the work were answered instantly! We are incredibly happy with it and feel like a huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders as new homeowners!

UPDATE At first every thing was great, customer service was excellent. Great warranty for a settling slab. It's been settling again for almost a year. Huge chasms under foundation still. We've been trying to get them to put more foam. My wife has been reassured this would be fixed multiple times, they even came out once and then did nothing but put some dirt over it. This would be at least 4th time I can remember us trying to get this fixed! Please do something!? I packed dirt into the holes because I can't leave it exposed like that to the rain but it still needs more foam! 🥲 They came out and fixed the problem. Thank you guys so much, shout out to Zack

This company came through for us when we needed them the most. After having a home fire a few months earlier, money was tight, and Jonathan was incredibly understanding. He offered several affordable options and made sure we were taken care of. We had rain coming within the week, and I was worried about the brand‑new carpet we had just installed. Jonathan and his team got us scheduled quickly and finished the job before the storm hit. It poured the next day, and thanks to their work, we had zero flooding — and still don’t to this day. From the first visit to the final cleanup, the entire team was professional, efficient, and kind. I’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend Jonathan and his crew. Five stars from start to finish.

Thank you for Mr. Paul Rice, Logan , Jesus, Jacob for do great foundation climate control and repair. My husband is a veteran served this country for 23 years and 3 months and I former medical worker and during covid 19 in NYC. They have help saved the settling of our home , they have helped stopped the original growth of mold in our crawl space and made our home a healthy and safe environment! I have rheumatoid arthritis , fibermyalgia and a low immune system that of this wasnt controlled i would have gotten even more sick from this home then I already have. This home has given me pain and suffering after we purchased it and with this team Mr Paul Rice Logan , Jesus, Jacob they helped me and my quality of life and the lifespan of my home! I would recommend them to anyone in my family if that says anything and anyone else who may need their services. We are truly greatful for their profession , professionalism , empathy and kindness and they let us feel like part of the AFS family ! My husband and I were both VERY HAPPY with our experience with AFS Chattanooga. They were quick to respond to our request for a bid. Eric came out to give us a bid after inspecting our crawlspace. He made his numbers competitive with some other bids. We have experience with AFS at a rental home and have been very happy with the service provided annually, so were happy to work with them on our home. Every rep I spoke to on the phone was polite and professional. AND HERE'S A CONCEPT!!!! THEY ACTUALLY DO WHAT THEY PROMISE THEY WILL DO. They confirmed job date and time. They called when on their way. They arrived ON TIME, something most contractors seem to have an issue with. AND, MAN THEY WORK HARD. The install crew of Caleb Britton, Aiden Langford and Spirit Ettesvold busted their butts. No goofing off or milking the day. WOW, they set a pace. My crawlspace looks great. I even had a rep who checked in with me as they were nearing completion to be sure we were happy with everything. Oh yeah. I'm happy. I highly recommend AFS – Chattanooga for encapsulation work. They did a great job from start to finish.

Shepard and Cage came out from AFS to lift some sagging concrete around our pool. They texted before they came, introduced themselves and went through the process to make sure I understood the project. They completed the work quickly then gave me a tour, a recap of what was done and the continuing support that I would receive over the next 5 years to ensure satisfaction with the product and project. The project turned out better than I had hoped. Also, I could not have asked for two nicer and more professional young men as Cage and Shepard.
