We just had an interior drain with a sump pump installed. Talon did the inspection and estimate. He was professional and spent ample time answering our questions. He also promptly returned all texts questions and calls. Eddie was the foreman with Baron and Jackson as crew. They were excellent in walking me through what they were doing, and answering my questions. I highly recommend them, and will be using them for the encapsulation.

They answered all of my questions.They were extreamly carefull in lifting portions of the foundation as not to cause any damage and raise the floor. They aren’t even finished with our project yet, they’re about to end day 1/2 and I am impatient and just had to say this. My husband and I are newlyweds. We are young, inexperienced with contractors, and we were nervous because all we hear about are horror stories of people who come to work on something at your home. These guys are beyond incredible. The entire company is obviously so competent, professional and passionate. Everyone from Ben Sizemore who gave us 4 HOURS OF HIS TIME to sit down with us and go through every detail of this project, down to the foreman Trent Baker who headed up his team of 3 guys as they’ve spent the entire day working. I’m blown away by everyone’s kindness, cleanliness, professionalism, etc. and these are young men!! They all deserve raises, compliments, and when (not if because you must) you hire them, go to the store and buy them snacks and drinks. They deserve it. I wish this company did regular home renovations because it feels like it can only go down from here haha! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for making our very first home improvement a wonderful experience. I’m so beyond grateful. I’ll update my review after they’re all finished. I know it’ll be even better tomorrow. 🤍

Jordan came out to evaluate my foundation wall cracking. What a refreshing experience. Jordan’s amount of knowledge, empathy , and non pushy attitude was a welcome change. When we have that occasional eed for a contractor, we almost dislike to personal experience more than the problem. NOT in this case. AFS and Jordan are a true pleasure to deal with. The level of professionalism and knowledge was awesome! Even though it turns out we do need some work to stabilize our foundation, the price was fair, the value is fantastic, and the communication is the kind of stuff you wish for but rarely get. I’d give Jordan and AFS 10 stars if I could. Call these guys! You won’t regret the service or the experience.

We have used AFS for three other projects which is why we chose them again for this project.

Shepard and Cage came out from AFS to lift some sagging concrete around our pool. They texted before they came, introduced themselves and went through the process to make sure I understood the project. They completed the work quickly then gave me a tour, a recap of what was done and the continuing support that I would receive over the next 5 years to ensure satisfaction with the product and project. The project turned out better than I had hoped. Also, I could not have asked for two nicer and more professional young men as Cage and Shepard. AFS just finished the job at our house that included helical wall anchors, intellibraces, and aquastop drains in our basement and crawlspace. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, the quick time turn around, and the professionalism and curtesy of the crews. Brandan M. was excellent at keeping us informed and updated during the whole process, and I can't applaud Evan, Aldo, Jorge, and Don enough for leaving our basement so sparkling clean and in better shape than before upon completion of the project!

He was also able to educate me on the crawlspace encapsulation process and I was very impressed with him and the business.
