I would like to sincerely thank AFS and one of their lead technicians Mr. Zachary Graham. On April 1st, Mr. Graham conducted an exquisite and excellent service for the annual AFS Service for the encapsulation of our crawl space and storm room totaling over 3700 sq foot. Mr. Graham was very thorough and very meticulous to ensure all systems and components were working accordingly. He provided insightful and detailed information and feedback on every aspect of the service. He also provided detailed photos of each of the 4 sump pump ls and two industrialized dehumidifiers. I can truly say that Mr. Graham provided the utmost detailed and extensive report bar none. I look forward to him coming out next year for our 4th Annual Inspection ✅🙌✅ THANK YOU! I also give a shout out to Mr. Dustin Loeb (AKA – Pastor Stephen Furtick) for doing our initial consultation and helping us navigate through this extensive crawl space encapsulation from March 2023. I can respect a salesman that comes in and tells me the real truth. This is definitely a professional company. We have used AFS Huntsville for a few different projects on our 40+ year old house. The teams have always been professional, polite and responsive during our dealings with them. The work they perform is always to a high standard, with pictures and any necessary explanations provided. We have maintained a maintenance schedule with AFS, with them performing annual inspections of the clean space, support beam and dehumidifier. Two recent projects AFS has accomplished are the addition of a second entrance to our crawl space and a support post to lift a set of floor joists located over the opening in a support wall. We highly recommend AFS Huntsville for any foundation, driveway or crawlspace projects you may have.

AFS just finished the job at our house that included helical wall anchors, intellibraces, and aquastop drains in our basement and crawlspace. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, the quick time turn around, and the professionalism and curtesy of the crews. Brandan M. was excellent at keeping us informed and updated during the whole process, and I can't applaud Evan, Aldo, Jorge, and Don enough for leaving our basement so sparkling clean and in better shape than before upon completion of the project!

The work we had done was a couple months ago. We were happy with it then, but Josh B and Bailey L made us a promise that if we got my heavy hutch full of dishes moved then they would come back and do some readjusting. Well, we got it moved, and those guys came back on a Saturday in their personal vehicle without being on the clock and did exactly what they said they were going to do!!! In mine and my husband’s eyes that speaks volumes! We love AFS and we will absolutely use these guys in the future when we buy our new home if we need any sort of foundation or waterproofing! Thanks guys!
