I used to stress out when it rained because my basement would leak due to cracks in my foundation. Now thanks to Levi Harris and his amazing team at AFS, my basement is fully supported and sealed and I can rest easy when it monsoons. If you have any foundation issues I highly recommend this Company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bryson is exceptional! His inspection was extremely thorough along with pictures and graphs which were very helpful. His presentation was very scientific and easy to follow. We appreciated his breaking up the project into what was critical to do and what could be done later. The different financial options are a huge bonus. 0verall, we were very impressed!

From the rep to the techs everyone has been very knowledgeable, professional and communicative. Every step through the process everyone at AFS has been great to work with. We needed major repairs done in a very short crawlspace and the team that came out was done a little ahead of schedule and walked us through every step of the way. They were on time each day and walked us through every step as they were working. We highly recommend AFS, and we still have another area we need addressed and will be hiring AFS to resolve it.

Salvador, Elder, Everardo, & Pedro did an outstanding job! For years, some service folks would not even go in my crawlspace for fear of not coming back out lol. After these guys took care of encapsulating the entire space, you could sleep under there! I am certainly looking forward to no more moisture and mold, fungus or critters. I am extremely pleased with the work, the crew, and the efficiency – on time and per agreed-to schedule. Highly recommend AFS and these four guys getting it done for you!

Parris and Bug were knowledgeable on lifting my garage floor that had settled. Upon arrival they walked through the job to understand what needed to be done. Paid attention as they were lifting the concrete to not cause any additional cracks to form. I am very satisfied with the work performed.
