Travis S. was very thorough and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He gave us tips on what we can do as homeowners to monitor and maintain our crawl space. He addressed our concerns and thoroughly inspected our encapsulated crawl space along with the exterior of our home. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. AFS should employ more people like Travis. We felt he went above and beyond what his job requires of him.

I had a wonderful experience with the company. From the very beginning with Hunter I was pleased and knew it would be a good experience. The team was very helpful throughout the entire process by answering questions as well as walking me through all the steps that were taken to resolve the problem. Tommy, Dylan and Jesus were all very invested in the company with only positive attitudes and compliments on the company and their work experience with them the entire time. Trevor came and visited with us. He throughly explained what we needed after doing a thorough video and inspection of the crawl space. He walked us through the process of installing a correct crawl space environment. Within days, Kenneth and his crew redid the space in two days. He showed us after photos and explained what had been done. There was zero damage, they were organized and friendly. We are very pleased.

From my first contact with the scheduler through my discussion with Nick Scudero, then my experience with the installation/repair team, Michael Truelove, Chris Smith, and Brady Webster, I've been incredibly impressed with everyone's courtesy, forthrightness, professionalism, knowledge, communication, and attention to detail. Mike and his team were timely and efficient and accomplished the job in amazingly quick time, then cleaned their work area, returning it to its original condition. Mike also showed me photos of the entire job from beginning to end. Then, I received a followup call to ensure my satisfaction. I definitely recommend AFS to anyone needing foundation repair.
