Amazing service and follow up. Jake, who came to our home to estimate our project, took the time to explain what he felt needed to be done. Jake didn't oversell and was honest from the beginning. Jackson and Micah did a great job on one project. Josh knocked the other project out of the park. Caring and professional led to an outstanding quality job done on two seperate jobs for us by the AFS Team. Thank you AFS!

I had high expectations for AFS when I hired them to seal our crawlspace and they far exceeded them on every level. The installation team they sent was absolutely exceptional. They were friendly, professional and extremely efficient. The job was done perfectly and a day and a half early! Tyler and Kayode (and their trainee) kept communication lines open, worked diligently and cleaned up completely afterwards. It's been my experience that this is an excellent, trustworthy company. I couldn't be more pleased.

The experience over all was great. Had a few small bumps in the road. A few things were left off of the work order and scheduling was kind of slow with the electrician. My salesman, Blake took care of it all and made it right. As for the installation crew, Cesar and his crew were amazing!!! Cesar was the one that noticed the mistake in the order and was trying to get it resolved prior to coming out, but he was having trouble getting in touch with the salesman Blake for some reason, he would not answer his phone call. Once he finally got Blake on the phone, which I had to call from my number, they worked it all out. Cesar and his crew took the time to be careful of all the plants in the flower beds. They dug up the rose bushes and replanted them when they were done. Also put down plywood to save the grass. Cesar kept apologizing for the mistake in the work order, I assured him that it wasn’t his fault. Blake did apologize but his communication could be better. He did resolve the error and I’m very grateful. But a special shout out to Cesar and his crew Miguel, Luciano, and Jerman!! They were great. When they cleaned everything up, it looked better than it did when they got there. Your install crew taking the time to acknowledge my frustration and being so kind really made the difference. Great job guys!!!

We chose AFS for their web reputation and they sensed the urgency of our situation. They came up with a plan to rectify our sagging subfloor so we could replace our hardwood. Initially we had an unexpected result from the AFS foundation stabilization. We asked to meet with Adam, their Field Superintendent. Not only did Adam come to our home, but he examined our crawlspace, came up with an alternative infrastructure that reused equipment already on our site – at no additional cost to us. The same project manager Jesse and his team followed Adam's plan, did excellent work, confirmed we were satisfied and corrected the deficiencies of the previous plan. AFS embodies the motto of my previous corporate home, Keane Inc: "We do what we say we will do." What could have been a bitter experience turned into an excellent one. Thank you Adam, Jesse and AFS for doing what we agreed to at the outset!

So far so good. Robert W. and his crew members Sergio R. and Josh N. were great. Showed up, worked hard, did good work on a complex foundation job addressing basement and crawlspace foundation issues as well as installing additional supports that should have been put in place by the builder over 10 yrs ago. Very happy with the knowledge and professionalism displayed. Communicated very well. I look forward to their next visit to see how things are settling into place with the new supports.

I scheduled my repairs today with Tim and Cole. What was something causing a great deal of fear and anxiety, they calmed. They broke every part of the foundation need down into a way I could understand. They took their time explaining and happily answered even my most ridiculous question. They spent nearly 3hrs just ensuring I knew step by step what to expect. This level of service and trust is unheard of. I'm confident and comfortable moving forward with my home repairs. I couldn't say enough about how wonderful Tim and Cole were. Both men obviously know their job and truly believe in their work. Great men and a great company. Thank you!

First of all this is a very difficult job for the workers any I appreciate the way they handled their business! The crew on my job was Micah, Shawn and Kayden. What an amazing team they have. They are such hard workers and explained every step in the process, They continuously kept me updated. They took the time to answer all my questions without judgement. They have fun while handling a scary job. We did encapsulation and they were positive about the project, I liked them so much that I asked the Pro Desk at Home Depot to add them to the list of preferred providers! So know you to know the final results? The crawl space looks amazing and all those future problems will no longer be an issue! Yes it is an expensive project, but now we have the piece of mind that we avoided future problems and dishing the right way! AFS has my highest recommendation!

My history with AFS spans several years and multiple technicians, supervisors, and managers. Throughout that time, we’ve worked through a long and challenging effort to stabilize an interior wall, with many visits and repair approaches along the way. This most recent visit, however, was different. Nick D'Esposito, Adam McBay, and his crew — Josh, Bailey, and Wayne — were able to accurately diagnose the underlying issue, place the right support equipment in the correct locations, and spend the necessary time fine‑tuning the adjustments. Their work eliminated gaps in the moldings and significantly stiffened the floor near the problem wall. These gentlemen are a true asset to AFS and to the customers they serve. AFS’ (Groundworks) Senior Leadership Team in Virginia could learn a great deal from them when it comes to communication, customer satisfaction, and follow‑through. I look forward to seeing Adam, Josh, Bailey, and Wayne again soon for the final adjustments.
