Had to have water remediation due to a broken pipe. Water damaged the existing vapor barrier. Insurance company recommended we contact a large/national company for repair.AFS Knoxville sent a crew 2.5 hours to complete the encapsulation. Baron and Cody worked hard and did a wonderful job.AFS insured that they “kept us in the loop“ with phone calls and/or text messages.We are very happy with the encapsulation.Would definitely recommend AFS Dash Knoxville to anyone, looking to encapsulate their crawlspace/basement.

Walked through what we have going on and what it would take to fix it. We appreciated his honesty. I highly recommend AFS. Mitch, my project manager, was so thorough and helpful. He kept me updated throughout the process and promptly answered any question that came up. The crew that worked on my house—Uber, Jorge, Chris, and Thomas—were absolutely wonderful. They were professional and courteous. I especially appreciated their onsite expertise and excellent communication. They explained the foundation work that my house needed in such a way as to answer all of my questions and to put me completely at ease. They earned my trust with their knowledge, integrity, and quality work. My foundation is now stable, and the process for me was a breeze because of Mitch, Uber, Jorge, Chris, and Thomas.
