AFS came out to my house and did a fantastic job with my basement . They were very professional and did quality work in a timely manner. I definitely recommend them for any of your basement or crawlspace needs . I gave 5 stars because they did everything they promised me and went past my expectations with the installation. Evan Jensen and his crew Aldo ,Jorge, and Nick M. Were outstanding !! Mike was okay! 😆

The inspector, Jared, was on time for our appointment. He was courteous, professional, explained all the work that they needed to do, and gave us a price. The project foreman, Matthew, and his helper, John, came ahead of time on the day scheduled, were both extremely mannerly, courteous, and respectful. They wasted no time, worked hard, and did a really good job. I would recommend this company and this crew.

Alan Nunalee was prompt, courteous, thorough, and informative, when he came to inspect our crawlspace today. He informed us of significant problems with moisture and mildew, and how AFS would deal with the problem. He took pictures of the issues, and drew up a floorplan of our house, showing where the work would be done. He secured a military discount for us, and a very good interest rate. We are very pleased with his service, and would highly recommend him and his company to other property owners. Mark and Jani Quay

I had high expectations for AFS when I hired them to seal our crawlspace and they far exceeded them on every level. The installation team they sent was absolutely exceptional. They were friendly, professional and extremely efficient. The job was done perfectly and a day and a half early! Tyler and Kayode (and their trainee) kept communication lines open, worked diligently and cleaned up completely afterwards. It's been my experience that this is an excellent, trustworthy company. I couldn't be more pleased.

We had AFS come and give us a free quote. (All in all, we got 3 quotes, from 3 different companies. First quote was for $127k, 2nd quote: AFS quoted $58k – inclusive of a 10% off coupon received at time of quote, and 3rd quote: they said they couldn’t handle the job, we need to use AFS.) We had a pretty unique situation, where we were in the process of purchasing the home with the foundation issue, which AFS was kind enough (and patient enough) to make sure it worked out for us at a way later date! Once the day came for the work to start, the team, Alex, Kyre & John, arrived on time and all had a great disposition and enthusiastic attitudes! We were excited to see the process and they explained what they were doing along the way. They were very kind, well-mannered and did a fantastic job! They cleaned all their mess and even reseeded the area in which they dug, (which I wasn’t expecting that). Prior to their arrival, the cracks in our foundation were large enough I could stick my entire hand and arm through to outside! But upon completion, I can’t even fit a chopstick through it! They also encapsulated our entire crawlspace, including mold treatment and sump pumps and dehumidifiers. What was once a muddy crawlspace, that had eroded to the point of lowering FEET over time, with its own ecosystem growing, is now a usable, clean and safe crawlspace. The process is fascinating to watch and the end result is even better! The fact they offer a Lifetime Warranty for their work gives me the security I need to sleep at night, knowing my investment was well placed. So happy we chose AFS and even happier our home is fixed!

Rhys Lucena- Jones has done an excellent job helping me scheduled a new project. This is my second time working with him, this time after having a very and experience with a different company. He had been communicative, listens well to my project requests and is excellent at explaining things to me. Very glad he is working on this home project with me!

Just had my crawl space encapsulated and floor leveled by AFS. I was impressed at the professionalism by the AFS team from planning to completion. The team of Cody B., Christian P., Justin T., and Levi J., did a great job of communicating with me on the progress and explaining everything they were doing. The encapsulation of my crawlspace was essential and I am so happy with the result. My flooring is level and crawlspace is dry.
