I knew I had a winner when FORREST knocked on my door. Went over what was going to take place.- for the next two days. The two gentlemen who worked on our basement were very professional went over what was going to happen and let us know what they would be doing for the next two days. I HIGHLY recommend this company. If you want a professional job done then this is the one for you. They keep you up to date on what is going to happen and always took the time to answer any question we might have. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Oh! and one more thing. They clean up their mess exceptional well.

Bob Fuller came out to our old home and crawled in a very small crawl space to evaluate what is needed to repair the home. He was very thorough and even brought my 16 year old daughter with him to show her what he was looking for and at. He took the time to explain everything to us and made sure we understood everything. We are hoping to be able to take the next steps soon. Thanks again Bob!!

Using technologically advanced equipment, Andrew Walker thoroughly measured and inspected Interior Floors, Walls, Garage, Driveway, Walkways, Patio, Front Porch and Stoop for Signs Of Settlement, providing clear feedback on his findings throughout the inspection process. Andrew performed very professionally, establishing accurate dimensions to compare against a previous Inspection by Talon, and the excellent Foam Injection lifting and leveling work performed in 2023 by Josh and Jeremy. I am Quite Satisfied with the Overall Service and Materials provided by AFS Technicians. Keep up the Good Work!

From the very beginning of working out the details of encapsulating our crawlspace with Keenan to the moment Chance, Joseph, and Christopher finished the project, these guys were phenomenal. We couldn't have asked for a better crew to work with. They went above and beyond, answering every question we had and communicated far beyond expectations to make sure we knew what was going on through the entire process. Extremely professional, efficient, and hardworking from beginning to end! Our crawlspace looks absolutely amazing, thanks AFS!

Wade Siler was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had a property with groundwater seepage and a bowing foundation wall in the basement. He took the time to explain how AFS would address both issues and provided a lifetime Structural warranty. I have recommended his services and will definitely use him again.

Hayden not only fixed my problem, he took the time to show me what he did and how to resolve it if it should occurs again. I had my crawl space done 3 years ago, no issues, this was a simple fix that he made me comfortable with. Thank you for the quick service and professionalism.
