First and foremost this company was over 10k cheaper than one of their competitors! Secondly they was in touch with us a lot before the job was done so with that said their communication is 100%! They made two trips the day of the estimate cause they needed in the house to check a couple things. Once someone could be there they drove an hour at the end of their work day to look at what the wanted to check. Pairs Houchins and Kyle Juraszek told me what they was doing and why they was doing throughout the whole process. I’ve never had a company explain things like they did. These two young men went above and beyond. When they left you could even tell they had been there! THANKS for the professional work and even more professional attention to detail! You guys rock! If you’re reading this review just know you can’t go wrong with these folks!

Today, Steven came out to meet with me at my house. He was on time concerned about where he would park his car, and when he came into the house, he even took his shoes off at the door. I am very very pleased and impressed by his patience and knowledge, and took so much time sitting with me, explaining everything in detail and going over everything with me in very much detail it’s very comforting to know that you can put full. Trust into Steven. I was so worried and stressed out about my house but I so appreciate him being understanding and really being patient with me. Excellent Excellent service!

This is the second time AFS has helped us out, the first time was roughly 7 years ago and the basement repair continues to hold up well. This time they tackled a large concrete driveway leveling and crack repair project. Property located on the side of a ridge-line with a very long and steep driveway. Parris, “Bug” and team did a great job. Clear communication, perfection oriented quality, always polite, and stayed on budget. Concrete pour is over 30 years old, I have no doubt that we probably have extended our surface for another 30 years. Thank you, great job.

Each facet of the project was pleasant, from beginning to end.The inspector, Isaiah, showed up on time and provided a complete and understandable evaluation of the issues I was facing with my home's foundation and concrete driveway settling. He conducted his inspection, built a presentation on his computer, complete with images of my home, a map / sketch of areas of concern, and videos further detailing the resolution process the field teams would use to fix the issues.I really found GREAT value in the quality of services as well as the warranty of the services. I did not shop any further for another contractor. AFS was my choice on the first 'at bat'.We set repair dates (3 days) for a couple weeks out once Isaiah completed his inspection and explanation.I was kept fully in the loop via emails and phone contact up to the beginning day of the project. I was very happy with the ease of getting in touch with AFS.Day 1 Eric Garcia contacted me directly around 830 am and stated he would be arriving soon. Eric and his crew, Christain and Ivan arrived and made quick introductions and wasted no time getting to work. Day 1 involed preparing 16 holes around my foundation to install SettleStop helical piers. Day 2 was much the same with the same 3 man crew, and the beginning of lifing procedures on my foundation. During both days Eric maintained constant contact with me and involved me in any decision that needed 'homeowner' attention. Great communication Eric! Day 3, final day brought Eric, Christain, and Ivan once again to complete lifing my foundation. They arrived along with Matt Martin and Paris who installed SettleStop poly renewal on my sinking / sliding driveway and a third crew, Ovy and Taylor who installed a lot of AquaStop thermal protection (wall insulation) in my crawl space. When I say these guys got to it, I mean the 4 men worked at a breakneck pace without sacrificing quality. Hats off gentlemen! I greatly appreciate your commitment.And again, ALL 3 crews maintained constant and concise communication.Once the crews finished up on day 3, ALL areas in which they worked were cleaned up as well or better than before they began. Ivan even re-seeded areas of my yard where the excavator had been. Thanks Ivan!Overall, very satisfied with the project. I will use AFS if I have any other issues they provide services for in the future.-Will F.

Had a major issue with dad’s front steps sagging over time. AFS did a great job lifting concrete steps and sidewalk back into position. Cleanup after the job was exceptional. Super courteous crew including Parris Houchins, Bug Boyd, Edgar Perez, Benjamin Esparza, and Josh Britton. I should also mention that my sales rep Jason Camp did an excellent job on the front end… Checking with his experts to make sure the lift could be successful and meet expectations. Really appreciate the transparency and communication throughout the entire job.

Shout at to the entire crew at AFS. From my inspector, Eric Knowlton, through the Production Manager, James Such, to my hands own crew lead by foreman Nikoli Elrod and his stud group of co-foreman and installers including: Christian Parrish, Edgar Perez and Clayton Cox. I just can't say enough good things about this project and the team that installed it. Our home had experienced differential settlement along the left rear corner, needed extensive stabilization of its floor framing, and had tons of both water and vapor reaping havoc in my crawlspace. The AFS team landed like the marines and just took care of business. They called every day before heading out, as well as activating an app that let me track their progress like a pizza delivery — just not used to that with home construction projects. They showed up on time and worked late and completed our projects ahead of schedule And most importantly, they did all of this while remaining amazingly kind and respectful. These are the sort of folks you want to work around your home. Thanks again to Nikoli and crew for a phenomenal job at our home! PS: Below is a picture of them taking the time to help me lift my pool table. Completely beyond the scope of their contracted work, but illustrative of their can do attitude:)
