We had 3 crews working on our house from March 23-March 27 2026. I have to say these were the nicest people to work with. Each crew and crew member was always willing to stop and answer our questions. They all did a wonderful job from start to finish. I would recommend AFS to anyone needing foundation repair. We had foundation repair with anchor placement, concrete repair, internal drain with encapsulation and sump pump installation with external drain. Each step of the process was explained to us before the work started. Thanks to: Adam Chapman and his crew for waterproofing our garage Foundation, installing anchors and closing up the cracks. Eric Garcia Christian Garcia Wilmer Fernandez Parris Houchins and Bug Boyd leveling our concrete slab in our garage. Next is Joe who was our initial contact. He spent the time to go over everything that needed to be done and stayed in contact with us before the work began. You all were very professional and courteous. Thank you all!

Hired AFS to do concrete floor injection leveling. Parris Houchins and Bug Boyd did a fantastic job of drilling and injecting the material to stabilize part of my pool deck and patio slab. It was done with professionalism and expertise. I was very happy with the result and well worth the time and money spent for an important job.

Emmett W. completed our annual inspection. He was very thorough and polite. He also showed me pictures as he explained everything he inspected , which was very helpful. Shout at to the entire crew at AFS. From my inspector, Eric Knowlton, through the Production Manager, James Such, to my hands own crew lead by foreman Nikoli Elrod and his stud group of co-foreman and installers including: Christian Parrish, Edgar Perez and Clayton Cox. I just can't say enough good things about this project and the team that installed it. Our home had experienced differential settlement along the left rear corner, needed extensive stabilization of its floor framing, and had tons of both water and vapor reaping havoc in my crawlspace. The AFS team landed like the marines and just took care of business. They called every day before heading out, as well as activating an app that let me track their progress like a pizza delivery — just not used to that with home construction projects. They showed up on time and worked late and completed our projects ahead of schedule And most importantly, they did all of this while remaining amazingly kind and respectful. These are the sort of folks you want to work around your home. Thanks again to Nikoli and crew for a phenomenal job at our home! PS: Below is a picture of them taking the time to help me lift my pool table. Completely beyond the scope of their contracted work, but illustrative of their can do attitude:)

AFS Foundation & Waterproofing Specialists did a wonderful job on are crawlspace. The Foreman Adam Chapman was very friendly and his crew was also very good they explained everything to us what they were doing before they did it explain how the dehumidifier works and they cleaned up everything before they left I would recommend this company to anybody that needs a crawl spaces capsulated.
