My first great impression came from my phone call to see about scheduling an appointment. The young lady answered the phone right before 5 on a Friday and then scheduled a time the very next morning to have a rep come out. Mack Suits was the first man out to take a look at our home. I was impressed that he was willing to show up on a Saturday. The man is a top notch pro! Without hesitation, he crawled into very tight crawl space like a groundhog, took pics and showed me exactly what the problems were, then presented his plan to fix it. The following week Taylor Fox, David Ennis and Leuri Fraire showed up right on time as scheduled. All pros as well. They were very considerate of our home and did great work for what I consider a very fair price. I could not recommend AFS highly enough!

AFS Foundation & Waterproofing Specialists did a wonderful job on are crawlspace. The Foreman Adam Chapman was very friendly and his crew was also very good they explained everything to us what they were doing before they did it explain how the dehumidifier works and they cleaned up everything before they left I would recommend this company to anybody that needs a crawl spaces capsulated. Recently hired AFS to do structural repairs and encapsulate my crawl space. Eric came out to evaluate my situation and give me a quote. Cody B., Justin T., and Christian P. came and did the work that Eric had recommended. Each member, with which I worked from AFA was professional, respectful, and performed their respective duties with utmost care. I had an encapsulation annual inspection/maintenance done today with Emmett Wooton. Emmett called to tell me he was on the way, showed up on time and did a complete, professional inspection of my home. He performed maintenance and taught me a lot about how to better care for my home. Everyone I have worked with from AFS Chattanooga is outstanding and I now add "Excellent Emmett" to the list. Few people realize that the crawspace is as critical to your home's health as the living space or the roof, but it is the truth. AFS has helped me raise the maintenance bar to insure that my home is as close to perfect as I can get it. If you have the opportunity to get a free inspection from Mr. Emmett Wooton, I feel confident that you will feel better about your highest investment and enjoy talking to a true professional who will be a valuable partner.

I called AFS for mold/fungus inspection. To prevent further damage they installed a dehumidifier and encapsulated the crawlspace. I am happy with the professionalism with their staff and services. Dustin Gilbert, the inspector was informative, polite and no pressure applied to cement the sale. The installers, Randle S. & Austin C., were polite and professional. I am pleased with the service they provided. I would recommend AFS should you have need for their services.

We had quotes from three different companies for encapsulation and foundation repair but went with AFS as they caught a couple things the other companies did not. Also, we liked the heavier duty product they offer for encapsulation, plus an air tight/insulated crawlspace door. Nikoli E, Caleb B, Ivan G and Christian P. did a great job and left the crawlspace neat and tidy. Nickoli was very communicative and has the most excellent customer service skills of any contractor I've ever worked with. They did not promise they could lift our floor to level but in the end, it looks and feels almost level! We were pleasantly surprised. Thanks for a great experience!
