I loved Joe who came out to do the initial inspection. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He seemed very sincere. A week later Josh Simmons and Caleb Britton showed up to do the work the company was hired for. Josh was very personable, answered any questions, and even took some garbage away from my home which needed to be taken to the dump. They were very helpful and answered any questions and went over the work that had been completed.

We had 3 crews working on our house from March 23-March 27 2026. I have to say these were the nicest people to work with. Each crew and crew member was always willing to stop and answer our questions. They all did a wonderful job from start to finish. I would recommend AFS to anyone needing foundation repair. We had foundation repair with anchor placement, concrete repair, internal drain with encapsulation and sump pump installation with external drain. Each step of the process was explained to us before the work started. Thanks to: Adam Chapman and his crew for waterproofing our garage Foundation, installing anchors and closing up the cracks. Eric Garcia Christian Garcia Wilmer Fernandez Parris Houchins and Bug Boyd leveling our concrete slab in our garage. Next is Joe who was our initial contact. He spent the time to go over everything that needed to be done and stayed in contact with us before the work began. You all were very professional and courteous. Thank you all!

We had AFS come out and repair and sister a couple of joist in our house. The entire process what was very pleasant. Mason came out and scanned my home and created a floor plan that day, talk about high-tech! The floor plan was extremely helpful once Mason sat down with me and went over how we could fix and "bullet-proof" the home. With my background in Mechanical Design, I appreciated the collaboration as multiple options were presented and we worked/tweaked the design to fit within my budget. We agreed on a price and date and I was told by Mason that the installation crew would arrive on time and would also show the same level of professionalism as he did. I was pleasantly surprised that he was right! Taylor Fox, David Ennis, and David Smith where the three young men that came to do the work. They were on time, respected my home, and went above and beyond to make sure that they cleaned up after the work was done. The entire crew was very willing to answer any questions I had and explained what they were doing. I cannot recommend them enough! We plan to keep doing work with AFS in the near future! Thank you all for the help!

Starting out, Kevin came for the assessment and was so kind and professional. Especially since it's scary worrying about your house and the costs. He understood and went over everything in great detail and offered financing options. On the day of installation, Edgar was so kind and informative with his team Bennie and Josh. They made a huge difference in our floors! Edgar also offered solid advice and was so easy to talk to. We highly recommend these guys for your home!! Thanks y'all!!
