We had AFS come and give us a free quote. (All in all, we got 3 quotes, from 3 different companies. First quote was for $127k, 2nd quote: AFS quoted $58k – inclusive of a 10% off coupon received at time of quote, and 3rd quote: they said they couldn’t handle the job, we need to use AFS.) We had a pretty unique situation, where we were in the process of purchasing the home with the foundation issue, which AFS was kind enough (and patient enough) to make sure it worked out for us at a way later date! Once the day came for the work to start, the team, Alex, Kyre & John, arrived on time and all had a great disposition and enthusiastic attitudes! We were excited to see the process and they explained what they were doing along the way. They were very kind, well-mannered and did a fantastic job! They cleaned all their mess and even reseeded the area in which they dug, (which I wasn’t expecting that). Prior to their arrival, the cracks in our foundation were large enough I could stick my entire hand and arm through to outside! But upon completion, I can’t even fit a chopstick through it! They also encapsulated our entire crawlspace, including mold treatment and sump pumps and dehumidifiers. What was once a muddy crawlspace, that had eroded to the point of lowering FEET over time, with its own ecosystem growing, is now a usable, clean and safe crawlspace. The process is fascinating to watch and the end result is even better! The fact they offer a Lifetime Warranty for their work gives me the security I need to sleep at night, knowing my investment was well placed. So happy we chose AFS and even happier our home is fixed!

AFS has done work for us before so when we needed additional supports under our house we called upon them again. Sean and his crew (Preston, Josh, and Gabe) were very efficient and did a fantastic job. They were very professional and completed the work on schedule. From start to finish, AFS has taken great care and time to ensure the longevity of my home. The initial inspection was completed in great detail. Even when the news of needed repairs hit, the technician remained both tactful and compassionate – ensuring that we were in good hands. When the installation technicians arrived, they got right to work, and provided daily updates. Upon completion, the installation technicians sent pictures and videos of the completed crawl space work. They were courteous and kind, as well as professional. The entire process was fantastic, I would highly recommend this company, for all things crawlspace foundation and basement.

Both crews did exceptional work, Nick Bohal and Josh Bomar called and said they could come by a day earlier than expected if that was ok, so we said sure. They worked well together and explained each step they were doing, which made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend the whole experience to anyone needing foundation repair. Kind of expensive but quality ain't cheap. Thanks, guys!

March 18 2025 Parris and Kyle with afs were on time and were very professional. Parris was the lead and he explained the entire process before the work commenced. We had 3 sections of our side driveway repaired. The entire process took approximately 2 hours. Both Parris and Kyle were attentive to the questions and very professional. We will gladly recommend Parris and Kyle with AFS for any future work. 5 stars.

I needed a sidewalk lifted and some voids under the garage floor filled, so I contacted AFS do get an estimate for the repairs. The estimator, Jordan Clark, did a thorough inspection and told us what was needed. I decided to go ahead with the repairs, and this morning Parris Houchins and Aiden Langford completed the repairs. The sidewalk is back up where it’s supposed to be, the trip hazards gone, and the garage floor shored up so it shouldn’t crack and settle down the road. Parris was very helpful in explaining what they were doing. I’d recommend AFS Knoxville for your sidewalk/driveway lifting needs.

Super efficient! Ovy Thompson, Clayton Cox & Landon Chambers came out and repaired my foundation wall as well as the floor joist. I was told it could be completed in two days and it was Todd Van Dyke was the inspector initially and provided a timely estimate as well as schedule. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with foundation and crawlspace repairs. They came highly recommended, very professional on time and within budget

All I can say is how happy I am with the work performed. Had my crawl space encapsulated with dehumidifier and sump pump system and got a fabulous job. With all the rain had no leakage and pumps work great. I used another company previously and they made a mess. All the taped floor joints leaked as overlap was incorrect and improperly taped. They damaged my A/C condensate lines. Additionally, Levi Woods has been a Godsend. He has come to my home numerous times on his own and on weekends to help me add drainage fittings and install an additional dehumidifier I had purchased separately. I can always call him and get my questions answered. Very helpful and proactive. Finally, I will say not impressed with service department. Found the woman I talked to as dismissive, unhelpful, unfriendly and uninformed. Thankyou Levi for being there. This company is the best in the business minus some customer service people and I am speaking from experience.
