AFS did a great job for us! John Brandon did a free inspection and did a great job explaining everything and helping us understand what we needed. Turns out we had a lot of water running under our house in the crawlspace, so AFS removed the old insulation, put in a drain system with a pump and a dehumidifier and did the crawlspace encapsulation. The installers were Earle Gamble and Noah Cruz and they did a fantastic job. Very friendly and worked hard to finish the project in 3 days. Completely cleaned up everything. Now we no longer have to worry about mold in our crawlspace. Highly recommend! — Randy and Jennifer Smith

Today marks the 2nd time I've used AFS. I was very pleased with their results the 1st time but this time was way beyond that experience. This crew (Nikoli E., Caleb B., and Christian P.) worked well together like a smooth performing machine. I was amazed at how well and how quickly they got things done. They took the time to explain what and why they were doing things and encouraged me in asking questions. I really appreciate what these guys did!

I chose AFS because the bid was competitive with other contractors and they were able to schedule service within 2 days of signing the contract. I needed a sidewalk lifted and some voids under the garage floor filled, so I contacted AFS do get an estimate for the repairs. The estimator, Jordan Clark, did a thorough inspection and told us what was needed. I decided to go ahead with the repairs, and this morning Parris Houchins and Aiden Langford completed the repairs. The sidewalk is back up where it’s supposed to be, the trip hazards gone, and the garage floor shored up so it shouldn’t crack and settle down the road. Parris was very helpful in explaining what they were doing. I’d recommend AFS Knoxville for your sidewalk/driveway lifting needs.

I had flooding in the basement of my newly purchased home. AFS made the process of dealing with this nightmare seamless and easy. Caleb, Gavin and Jaxson came out and added the appropriate drainage system to my basement. They were fast and clean. They even filled in a hole I’d dug in the yard to investigate. They left it cleaner than they found it and I truly appreciate that. I would recommend them to others with water intrusion issues.

AFS installed a basement drainage system and sump pump for us. It’s allowed us peace of mind as we continue to finish out our space. Now we can rest assured that mold or flooding will not ruin our investment. Nikoli E., Josh S., Caleb B., and Christian P. we’re all extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They performed the job quickly, leaving the area clean and ready for our next steps. It looked like hard work, but they certainly had wonderful attitudes and made it look easy. I highly recommend if you need water mitigation services from people who will treat you well and address your issues with expertise.

I had a great experience working with Emmett W. as my service tech from AFS. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in his work. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything that needed to be done, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt confident in the process. He approached the job with care and precision, and it was obvious he genuinely cares about doing things the right way. As for AFS, the company as a whole exceeded my expectations. They have always come to the rescue when my home was experiencing any issues. If you’re considering foundation or crawl space work, I highly recommend AFS—and if you’re lucky enough to get Emmett as your technician, you’ll be in great hands.
