I cannot say enough good things about Chase who performed our inspection and Adam the foreman as well as Adam’s team. They did an AMAZING job and were extremely professional, friendly, and honest. Chase answered all my questions in a friendly and easy-to-understand way which made me feel confident that I was making the right choice with AFS. Our crawl space is not the easiest to navigate but Adam’s team worked hard to get the job done and I cannot thank them enough for their amazing work! We noticed a difference immediately and will definitely be recommending AFS to anyone who needs crawl space help. Thank you again!

Christian Rudd, Benny Esparza, & Christia Parrish were the team of guys who came and took care of my waterproofing project in my basement. Very professional, kind and knowledgeable young team of men who worked efficiently and effectively to get the work done. Shay was my inspector and explained the process well and helped me to understand what was needed. The team had obviously communicated with Shay so this streamlined the process and all were impressive. I’d recommend this team to anyone. Good job, AFS Chattanooga! And thanks!

I had an encapsulation annual inspection/maintenance done today with Emmett Wooton. Emmett called to tell me he was on the way, showed up on time and did a complete, professional inspection of my home. He performed maintenance and taught me a lot about how to better care for my home. Everyone I have worked with from AFS Chattanooga is outstanding and I now add "Excellent Emmett" to the list. Few people realize that the crawspace is as critical to your home's health as the living space or the roof, but it is the truth. AFS has helped me raise the maintenance bar to insure that my home is as close to perfect as I can get it. If you have the opportunity to get a free inspection from Mr. Emmett Wooton, I feel confident that you will feel better about your highest investment and enjoy talking to a true professional who will be a valuable partner.

Just had my crawl space encapsulated and floor leveled by AFS. I was impressed at the professionalism by the AFS team from planning to completion. The team of Cody B., Christian P., Justin T., and Levi J., did a great job of communicating with me on the progress and explaining everything they were doing. The encapsulation of my crawlspace was essential and I am so happy with the result. My flooring is level and crawlspace is dry.

We had our large crawl space encapsulated in 2019 with AFS. They have been servicing our system since then annually. Today we had the pleasure of working with Emmett for our maintenance needs. A very respectful young man. He stayed in touch with us as to arrival time, spent the first few minutes to understand any concerns or needs we may have and then proceeded with an inspection and maintenance of our space. Afterwards he came with photos of his work and explained everything he noticed and addressed. Highly recommend having Emmett as your maintenance technician. We have been extremely pleased with AFS and feel their prices are fair and their service is top notch
