I called AFS for mold/fungus inspection. To prevent further damage they installed a dehumidifier and encapsulated the crawlspace. I am happy with the professionalism with their staff and services. Dustin Gilbert, the inspector was informative, polite and no pressure applied to cement the sale. The installers, Randle S. & Austin C., were polite and professional. I am pleased with the service they provided. I would recommend AFS should you have need for their services.

From start to finish, AFS has taken great care and time to ensure the longevity of my home. The initial inspection was completed in great detail. Even when the news of needed repairs hit, the technician remained both tactful and compassionate – ensuring that we were in good hands. When the installation technicians arrived, they got right to work, and provided daily updates. Upon completion, the installation technicians sent pictures and videos of the completed crawl space work. They were courteous and kind, as well as professional. The entire process was fantastic, I would highly recommend this company, for all things crawlspace foundation and basement.

We had our crawlspace encapsulated, some structural supports added, and a dehumidifier for humidity control installed by AFS. We just had our one year follow-up inspection done today. I don’t recall the last time I wrote a review but feel compelled to write one today. I Have hired hundreds of employees in my career, and managed a large workforce for many years. I am considered well qualified to evaluate employees. Our inspector was Sammy Stokes. He was exceptional in all aspects of the service provided, and public relations. Respectful in his tone, he displayed a high level of expertise along with a great work ethic. He is a rarity now days, AFS has a great representative, and the consumer has a great service provider with Sammy at the job site!

We had foundation problems and got the crawl space encapsulated. Notice I said we HAD foundation problems, not anymore!! AFS IS THE BOMB!!!! From the first contact when our inspector Shay arrived to the time our crew arrived, the job completed was exactly as promised. NO SURPRISES!! The crew was amazing to say the least!! They we're very prompt, professional and informative every day. The work area was kept clean every day including the completion of the job!! What a pleasure this experience has been!! AFS installed a basement drainage system and sump pump for us. It’s allowed us peace of mind as we continue to finish out our space. Now we can rest assured that mold or flooding will not ruin our investment. Nikoli E., Josh S., Caleb B., and Christian P. we’re all extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They performed the job quickly, leaving the area clean and ready for our next steps. It looked like hard work, but they certainly had wonderful attitudes and made it look easy. I highly recommend if you need water mitigation services from people who will treat you well and address your issues with expertise.

Paris Houchins and Bug Boyd did an absoluty fabulous job of permanently stabilizing my driveway and walkway. Our home is 16 years old and over the last couple of years we have noticed a number of small cracks appearing and some unevenness developing befeeen the concrete slabs. We called AFS to evaluate and their service technician, Nikoli Elrod, recommended that we inject the area with a high density foam to both stabilize the cracking areas and raise the sunken slab. Their Poly Renewal process worked like a charm and achieved both of the above goals. Paris and ‘Bug’ called as they left the shop to confirm their arrival time and give me oooortunity to move our cars. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Reviewed the scope of work and even photographed the locations of gas, electric and water lines to be sure the job was safely done. They worked with intention, updated me at the midway point of the project and finished ahead of schedule. Lastly, they left my home, yard and drive in an impeccably clean state. Couldn’t hardly tell they had been there other than my concrete was now level and cracks sealed:) Would recommend this company and crew to anyone needing to stabilize their concrete. Thanks! Regan

I would like to thank Stephen, Alex and his crew, Matt, and Parris for all that they did. Everything was professional and you could have not asked for anymore. It all started from the Quote till the finished product, very professional. They answered all my questions and explained it to a tee. The whole process lasted 3 days, every part of the process was weel communicated withe time and estimates on completion. AFS should be very proud of the personnel they have working for them. GREAT JOB !!!!!

March 18 2025 Parris and Kyle with afs were on time and were very professional. Parris was the lead and he explained the entire process before the work commenced. We had 3 sections of our side driveway repaired. The entire process took approximately 2 hours. Both Parris and Kyle were attentive to the questions and very professional. We will gladly recommend Parris and Kyle with AFS for any future work. 5 stars.
