AFS has done work for us before so when we needed additional supports under our house we called upon them again. Sean and his crew (Preston, Josh, and Gabe) were very efficient and did a fantastic job. They were very professional and completed the work on schedule. AFS did a lot of work on our crawlspace these last two days. It was in a bad way with high humidity, mold growth and spots of standing water. They installed a drainage system with pump, full mold treatment and cleaning of the floor joists, did a full encapsulation, installed a dehumidifier and replaced our crawlspace door. I must say I am impressed by the work I have seen down there and I would highly recommend these guys. I also want to give a HUGE shout out and thank you to Cody, Justin and Christian for all of their hard work. They were very good at keeping me informed with the work progress and answered all of my questions. Thanks again gentlemen !!

From my first contact with the scheduler through my discussion with Nick Scudero, then my experience with the installation/repair team, Michael Truelove, Chris Smith, and Brady Webster, I've been incredibly impressed with everyone's courtesy, forthrightness, professionalism, knowledge, communication, and attention to detail. Mike and his team were timely and efficient and accomplished the job in amazingly quick time, then cleaned their work area, returning it to its original condition. Mike also showed me photos of the entire job from beginning to end. Then, I received a followup call to ensure my satisfaction. I definitely recommend AFS to anyone needing foundation repair.

Today marks the 2nd time I've used AFS. I was very pleased with their results the 1st time but this time was way beyond that experience. This crew (Nikoli E., Caleb B., and Christian P.) worked well together like a smooth performing machine. I was amazed at how well and how quickly they got things done. They took the time to explain what and why they were doing things and encouraged me in asking questions. I really appreciate what these guys did!

I chose AFS because the bid was competitive with other contractors and they were able to schedule service within 2 days of signing the contract. My experience with AFS was both professional and stress free, from start to finish. It started with field inspector Mike coming in and reviewing what I was trying to accomplish, and then helping me develop a budget that I was comfortable with. It ended with installers Cody, Brady, and Aiden coming in and doing an excellent job of incapsulating my crawl space. All and all, this was one of my best experience working with contractors on a project.

This is the second time AFS has helped us out, the first time was roughly 7 years ago and the basement repair continues to hold up well. This time they tackled a large concrete driveway leveling and crack repair project. Property located on the side of a ridge-line with a very long and steep driveway. Parris, “Bug” and team did a great job. Clear communication, perfection oriented quality, always polite, and stayed on budget. Concrete pour is over 30 years old, I have no doubt that we probably have extended our surface for another 30 years. Thank you, great job.
