Tyler M., Clayton C., Brendon N., and Eric L. did an outstanding job of residential crawl space mold remediation and encapsulation for us including a thorough explanation of the work to be done, a daily recap, photos through the process and at the end of the job, answered all our questions, and even filled in an extra outside gap in the wall. They were very professional and courteous and did a great job for us.

We had requested a quote for basement water proofing and when we did the quote included new gutters which was a total surprise due to the low cost. Jeff Stewart and Christian Rudd did an excellent job and are two very hardworking individuals. They stayed well past dark to complete as much work as possible. They walked the house with my husband and explained what would be best for our drainage and worked hard with only one break all day! The next day when they returned they took time to complete the job and cleaned everything up and we couldn’t tell they had been here. Their product is very high quality and improved the appearance of our home. I highly recommend AFS and crew for any gutter needs!

Parris Houchins and Aiden Langford are at least part of the reason AFS has been so successful over the years. My experience with these two specialists was exceedingly wonderful. They kept me informed every step of the way and explained why certain processes were necessary. They worked non-stop and paid close attention to detail. I am a fanatic for detail. They cleaned up very well and now my driveway looks awesome again. I could not expect more from this company. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for top professionals at a price that is more than competitive. Thank you to all of you at AFS!

Needed support for upstairs flooring in dining room and living room. AFS dealt with a basement crawl space to install a metal beam and posts to level the upstairs floor. Did a great job in half a day, and Cody B, Christian P., and Justin T. Did their work efficiently, professionally, and with as little disruption as possible. We have always had good products and service from AFS and will continue with them.

Starting out, Kevin came for the assessment and was so kind and professional. Especially since it's scary worrying about your house and the costs. He understood and went over everything in great detail and offered financing options. On the day of installation, Edgar was so kind and informative with his team Bennie and Josh. Hired AFS to do concrete floor injection leveling. Parris Houchins and Bug Boyd did a fantastic job of drilling and injecting the material to stabilize part of my pool deck and patio slab. It was done with professionalism and expertise. I was very happy with the result and well worth the time and money spent for an important job.

We had AFS come out and repair and sister a couple of joist in our house. The entire process what was very pleasant. Mason came out and scanned my home and created a floor plan that day, talk about high-tech! The floor plan was extremely helpful once Mason sat down with me and went over how we could fix and "bullet-proof" the home. With my background in Mechanical Design, I appreciated the collaboration as multiple options were presented and we worked/tweaked the design to fit within my budget. We agreed on a price and date and I was told by Mason that the installation crew would arrive on time and would also show the same level of professionalism as he did. I was pleasantly surprised that he was right! Taylor Fox, David Ennis, and David Smith where the three young men that came to do the work. They were on time, respected my home, and went above and beyond to make sure that they cleaned up after the work was done. The entire crew was very willing to answer any questions I had and explained what they were doing. I cannot recommend them enough! We plan to keep doing work with AFS in the near future! Thank you all for the help!
