I had a great experience working with Emmett W. as my service tech from AFS. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in his work. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything that needed to be done, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt confident in the process. He approached the job with care and precision, and it was obvious he genuinely cares about doing things the right way. As for AFS, the company as a whole exceeded my expectations. They have always come to the rescue when my home was experiencing any issues. If you’re considering foundation or crawl space work, I highly recommend AFS—and if you’re lucky enough to get Emmett as your technician, you’ll be in great hands.

Had a major issue with dad’s front steps sagging over time. AFS did a great job lifting concrete steps and sidewalk back into position. Cleanup after the job was exceptional. Super courteous crew including Parris Houchins, Bug Boyd, Edgar Perez, Benjamin Esparza, and Josh Britton. I should also mention that my sales rep Jason Camp did an excellent job on the front end… Checking with his experts to make sure the lift could be successful and meet expectations. Really appreciate the transparency and communication throughout the entire job.

My first great impression came from my phone call to see about scheduling an appointment. The young lady answered the phone right before 5 on a Friday and then scheduled a time the very next morning to have a rep come out. Mack Suits was the first man out to take a look at our home. I was impressed that he was willing to show up on a Saturday. The man is a top notch pro! Without hesitation, he crawled into very tight crawl space like a groundhog, took pics and showed me exactly what the problems were, then presented his plan to fix it. The following week Taylor Fox, David Ennis and Leuri Fraire showed up right on time as scheduled. All pros as well. They were very considerate of our home and did great work for what I consider a very fair price. I could not recommend AFS highly enough!

They also outlined information for us to provide to monthly pets control personnel and others needing access to area for various maintenance. We have used AFS for three other projects which is why we chose them again for this project.

Today marks the 2nd time I've used AFS. I was very pleased with their results the 1st time but this time was way beyond that experience. This crew (Nikoli E., Caleb B., and Christian P.) worked well together like a smooth performing machine. I was amazed at how well and how quickly they got things done. They took the time to explain what and why they were doing things and encouraged me in asking questions. I really appreciate what these guys did!

March 18 2025 Parris and Kyle with afs were on time and were very professional. Parris was the lead and he explained the entire process before the work commenced. We had 3 sections of our side driveway repaired. The entire process took approximately 2 hours. Both Parris and Kyle were attentive to the questions and very professional. We will gladly recommend Parris and Kyle with AFS for any future work. 5 stars.

AFS did a great job for us! John Brandon did a free inspection and did a great job explaining everything and helping us understand what we needed. Turns out we had a lot of water running under our house in the crawlspace, so AFS removed the old insulation, put in a drain system with a pump and a dehumidifier and did the crawlspace encapsulation. The installers were Earle Gamble and Noah Cruz and they did a fantastic job. Very friendly and worked hard to finish the project in 3 days. Completely cleaned up everything. Now we no longer have to worry about mold in our crawlspace. Highly recommend! — Randy and Jennifer Smith
