I cannot say enough good things about Chase who performed our inspection and Adam the foreman as well as Adam’s team. They did an AMAZING job and were extremely professional, friendly, and honest. Chase answered all my questions in a friendly and easy-to-understand way which made me feel confident that I was making the right choice with AFS. Our crawl space is not the easiest to navigate but Adam’s team worked hard to get the job done and I cannot thank them enough for their amazing work! We noticed a difference immediately and will definitely be recommending AFS to anyone who needs crawl space help. Thank you again!

Starting out, Kevin came for the assessment and was so kind and professional. Especially since it's scary worrying about your house and the costs. He understood and went over everything in great detail and offered financing options. On the day of installation, Edgar was so kind and informative with his team Bennie and Josh. They made a huge difference in our floors! Edgar also offered solid advice and was so easy to talk to. We highly recommend these guys for your home!! Thanks y'all!!

I waited a month to see how the short term results of the work they did would look and hold up. So far, I am very pleased with the quality of work, the price, and the service. Parris Houchins & Bug Boyd were very hard workers, outstanding with their customer service, and brought it down into terms that someone not familiar with foundation work could understand. I would definitely recommend them if you need a reasonably priced solution to your foundation problems.

AFS Foundation & Waterproofing Specialists did a wonderful job on are crawlspace. The Foreman Adam Chapman was very friendly and his crew was also very good they explained everything to us what they were doing before they did it explain how the dehumidifier works and they cleaned up everything before they left I would recommend this company to anybody that needs a crawl spaces capsulated. We had our large crawl space encapsulated in 2019 with AFS. They have been servicing our system since then annually. Today we had the pleasure of working with Emmett for our maintenance needs. A very respectful young man. He stayed in touch with us as to arrival time, spent the first few minutes to understand any concerns or needs we may have and then proceeded with an inspection and maintenance of our space. Afterwards he came with photos of his work and explained everything he noticed and addressed. Highly recommend having Emmett as your maintenance technician. We have been extremely pleased with AFS and feel their prices are fair and their service is top notch
