My family, and Me (Tom) want to thank AFS, and their inspector, John Alexander, who came today to inspect the install of my crawlspace (installed June 2022). We were impressed with John, he was very thorough, completely checked the entire crawlspace and the mechanical systems (pumps) that AFS installed. We just had an interior drain and sump pump installed. Eddie was the foreman and crew members were Baron and Jackson. They were professional and excellent in their work. I tried to gird myself for what to expect when it comes to the bottom line, but I'd be lying if I said I was successful. I knew the crawlspace was in bad shape, but didn't know how bad it actually was until Justin Carter arrived to do the inspection. He took me through it step by step, and I never once doubted his or AFS's knowledge, professionalism, or capability. In the end, the process was smooth and easily accomplished, and no step ever felt like I was being rushed or pushed along. I felt like I was in good and earnest hangs. Yes, it's expensive, but good things cost money.

I scheduled my repairs today with Tim and Cole. What was something causing a great deal of fear and anxiety, they calmed. They broke every part of the foundation need down into a way I could understand. They took their time explaining and happily answered even my most ridiculous question. They spent nearly 3hrs just ensuring I knew step by step what to expect. This level of service and trust is unheard of. I'm confident and comfortable moving forward with my home repairs. I couldn't say enough about how wonderful Tim and Cole were. Both men obviously know their job and truly believe in their work. Great men and a great company. Thank you!

You want the best of the best? Call and ask for Ross. Ross is a big guy and I thought there was no way he would be able to fit in the areas I needed examined in my crawlspace. Let me tell you, I thought I was watching Santa Claus in action, that man disappeared in my crawl space and didn't come back until the whole thing was mapped and solutions were on the table. The follow up work to fix the issues was great as well. All around great experience.

After researching crawl space contractors , I decided to contact AFS for an inspection of our 70+ year old house. The inspector, Mr. Landon Tidwell, was very knowledgeable and professional. He spent a significant amount of time with us, explaining the processes used by his company, inspecting the crawl space and then presenting a proposal for repair and mitigation of future damage. AFS is a top notch company.

Wade Siler was our certified field inspector and was on time, kind, courteous, very knowledgeable about his field and explained everything to us thoroughly. Our installation team were Brennan and Taylor and they both were on time, kind and courteous and checked in/updated us throughout the whole installation. We would recommend using AFS!
