We needed to waterproof our basement and had the pleasure of working with the team from AFS. Matthew R., Shawn L., and Hugo N. were all very professional, courteous, and worked so hard to make sure they got the job done as soon as possible. Matthew made sure to give us progress reports and updates during the project window and answered any questions we had along the way. They finished ahead of schedule, but not because it was rushed. Brad is a great representation of AFS. He did a great job of figuring out our sinking floor and also making sure we felt confident in the repair. He’s thorough and explained everything with pictures he took along the way. Repairs are frustrating but we feel like it will be done correctly and with honest work. He didn’t hide any costs or over inflate what they can do.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work completed by AFS. This was not an easy project; the foundation footing was much thicker than expected, which created additional challenges and extended the job by a few days. Despite those obstacles, the crew remained professional, respectful, hardworking, and committed to doing the job right. A special thanks to Tim, D-Kota, Hunter, and Zach. Their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way, explained what was happening, answered every question thoroughly, and always responded in a timely manner. What impressed me most was their dedication to quality and customer service. Even when unexpected issues arose, they maintained a positive attitude and focused on delivering the best possible outcome rather than rushing through the work. If you're considering foundation repair, I highly recommend AFS. Their professionalism, workmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction made a challenging project much easier to navigate.
