We (Howard & Ethel Lockett)want to commend first of all Paul, for coming to our home laying out the master plan in detail, explaining everything to us of what to expect and how the project would start to the end, we had questions and he answered every question, he did not leave a stone unturned, and the crew he sent to our home, just add icing to the cake, Bobby, David, and Aseno! These guys were phenomenal! Very Professional, talk me right through it every step of the way "Job Well Done" set me and my husband mind at ease. Thank you AFS for sending your Crew! Crawlspace encapsulation: Great service this company provides. Knowledgeable, professional, and quick! Michael James is an excellent consultant for the initial quote and Jonathan David & Hayden Logan are definitely who you want handling the installation. Couldn’t be happier and looking forward to seeing the results over time.

William was the specialist that was sent to my home to check the AFS system. He was very thorough, pointing out some problems for the future. He listened to all my "chatter," never hurried himself and was respectful to me and my home.

AFS installed a crawlspace drain and sump pump at my home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Alex, the sales representative, was knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to work with, clearly explaining the options and helping us choose the right solution without any pressure. The installation crew — Kayode, Tyler, and Adam — were professional, punctual, and extremely skilled. They explained the process clearly, worked efficiently, and treated my home with care throughout the project. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the job site was left clean when they finished. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend AFS, especially Alex and this crew.

AFS is an awesome company that continues to provide quality work and hire top of the line people. This company also stands behind its work. In 2019 we selected AFS to repair our home’s foundation problem and to encapsulate our crawlspace. Their work was amazing. Since then, we enrolled in their program of having yearly inspections. Some 5 years later, our home was inspected today by an outstanding employee of AFS, Michael Chaffin. He was OUTSTANDING and he’s a wonderful people person. He’s THOROUGH, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PASSIONATE, PATIENT, THOUGHTFUL, and PRECISE. He was very detailed oriented. He identified problems and AFS will make the repair to fix the issues. He also recommended something that we could do as homeowners, which we took his advice and is investing in a 2nd crawl space single with a back up pump. Me and my husband were extremely pleased with the service provided by Michael and without hesitation will recommend to family and friends AFS for any foundation repairs.

I scheduled my repairs today with Tim and Cole. What was something causing a great deal of fear and anxiety, they calmed. They broke every part of the foundation need down into a way I could understand. They took their time explaining and happily answered even my most ridiculous question. They spent nearly 3hrs just ensuring I knew step by step what to expect. This level of service and trust is unheard of. I'm confident and comfortable moving forward with my home repairs. I couldn't say enough about how wonderful Tim and Cole were. Both men obviously know their job and truly believe in their work. Great men and a great company. Thank you!

AFS recently reframed the flooring in a historic home that was built in 1813 as part of a capital improvement project, the project was completed on time and without any problems. Tony B., Foreman, and his team Israel and Taylor F. did a great job, they were on time, worked diligently, professional, and knowledgeable. I was the Site Manager, they answered all of my questions and kept me updated on their progress. Tony provided me with a series of pictures of the project from start to finish for my files.

Alan McConnell was prompt with his appointment today. He kept me informed about his arrival time. After his inspection he gave me great details on what needed to be done. He also showed me a disgram of everything that needed to be done.. I wish everyone that I deal with would be as nice, polite and know what he was talking about as much as he does. I felt like I could trust him. Sincerely S. Oller

Noe Rivas ( foreman) and Pedro Hernandez (co-foreman) did an amazing job. Noe was exceptionally knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He and Pedro worked quickly with few breaks to complete the project ahead of the estimated time frame. Noe was very friendly, had great manners, and even took his shoes off before entering the house! We are very happy with the results and would recommendthis AFS team.
