Travis S. was very thorough and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He gave us tips on what we can do as homeowners to monitor and maintain our crawl space. He addressed our concerns and thoroughly inspected our encapsulated crawl space along with the exterior of our home. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. AFS should employ more people like Travis. We felt he went above and beyond what his job requires of him.

We had AFS come out and repair and sister a couple of joist in our house. The entire process what was very pleasant. Mason came out and scanned my home and created a floor plan that day, talk about high-tech! The floor plan was extremely helpful once Mason sat down with me and went over how we could fix and "bullet-proof" the home. With my background in Mechanical Design, I appreciated the collaboration as multiple options were presented and we worked/tweaked the design to fit within my budget. We agreed on a price and date and I was told by Mason that the installation crew would arrive on time and would also show the same level of professionalism as he did. I was pleasantly surprised that he was right! Taylor Fox, David Ennis, and David Smith where the three young men that came to do the work. They were on time, respected my home, and went above and beyond to make sure that they cleaned up after the work was done. The entire crew was very willing to answer any questions I had and explained what they were doing. I cannot recommend them enough! We plan to keep doing work with AFS in the near future! Thank you all for the help!

Wade Siler was very professional and very thorough on explaining in detail of there service and how it will benefit me as a home owner! He also explained how the hvac and de humidifier would help pro long the life of my crawl space and save me money in the long run, as far as it helping prevent mold from growing and pulling the moisture out from under my home! I was referred to AFS Foundation by my structural engineer. The team at AFS responded quickly to assess the issue and provide me with a detailed report. Their bid and contract were easy to understand and I found the price to be fair. Throughout the entire process the foreman David, hank, and germaine were professional and responsive. The work was completed on time and as promised. They left the work area as clean as possible. Even after the work was completed they responded to my questions and provided me with a report of work completed. They made the whole process as pleasant as possible. Very professional all the way.
