It's such a pleasure when I can write a great review about the service provided by a company, and it happens all to infrequently. But, I am so happy with the work done by AFS Chattanooga and can't thank everyone affiliated with them enough for the job done at our home in Ooltewah. From the gentleman who arrived to look at my crawlspace and work up a great bid, to the reps on the phone to the installation team of Caleb Britton, Aiden Lanford and Spirit Ettesvold I was treated like a customer should be treated. Everyone was ON TIME, friendly and courteous, professional and determined that my husband and I be happy with the encapsulation job from start to completion. I was texted before the job with an ETA that matched what I had been told by Eric when he did the bid. I was called when they were on their way. The job was explained at every step. These guys WORK!!! No goofing off or milking the day. WOW!! My crawlspace went from disgusting to clean and beautiful. I don't get to say this often enough, but I can't recommend this company enough. They have a great reputation and reviews for a reason. They work hard for it and EARN it. Thanks to everyone at AFS!!!

On 17OCT23 AFS Mobile completed the installation of 4 helical piers. I'm extremely satisfied with the overall project. Chris Clark inspected and was very responsive and accommodating. The work crew: David, Bobby, and Hank did a tremendous job with the installation. They were extremely respectful, answered all my questions surrounding the work. Couldn't have asked for a more professional crew!

AFS installed a basement drainage system and sump pump for us. It’s allowed us peace of mind as we continue to finish out our space. Now we can rest assured that mold or flooding will not ruin our investment. Nikoli E., Josh S., Caleb B., and Christian P. we’re all extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They performed the job quickly, leaving the area clean and ready for our next steps. It looked like hard work, but they certainly had wonderful attitudes and made it look easy. I highly recommend if you need water mitigation services from people who will treat you well and address your issues with expertise.

I had my crawl space encapsulated last year. An inspector came to check as they do in a year it was after a heavy rain and found a significant amount of water. The crew came back the next day and put in a drainage system. Everything was left spotless. I would highly recommend AFS to anyone. Thank you Nikoli, Christian, Caleb and Chris awesome job. Excellent inspection completed on our residence crawlspace by AFS! Obviously good news is celebrated with the not so good, meaning water, & humidity must be dealt with no matter how clean or much barrier we've put down. AFS professionals (Allan Proctor), just painted a tremendously welcomed solution; encapsulating about 1000 sq' of space. Its turn key, and after a very education inspection & walk, thru with Mr. Proctor, we will follow his guidance. More…w/ photo's, after the project is complete, but very confident this is a property saver & enhancement to our home! Thanks AFS for your expertise!
