I had such a bad problem with my flooring collapsing in on itself with mold damage and a broken girder. I had an amazing crew of Mike Truelove, Austin Hitchcox, and Chris Smithe who came out and worked above and beyond in some of the worst weather conditions and temperatures. They did a great job on a very tough job and i left completely satisfied and excited to enjoy my new floors. He quickly diagnosed our issue and explained the work he was planning to do, checking in periodically to show us the progress. He did his work with a smile and pleasantly answered all my questions.I have always had a positive experience with Alpha Foundations/AFS. Hired AFS several years ago. Had issues on other side of the house. Decided to hire them again. They sent out Preston, Gustavo, and Roberto. 3 guys 5 tiers with concrete work. I went outside several times to check it out. They all were steady paced work around each other like a dance of sorts. Great teamwork. Super polite and easy to talk too. DFX did and excellent job. I helped my sister, Rebecca Morris get her sagging floors and foundation repaired on her home. We worked with Bryan Patrick from DFX. Bryan was great to work with and was very knowledgeable about his product and services as well as the repairs that were needed. He answered all our questions, was very punctual and accountable both before, during and after the work was completed. His team did an outstanding job leveling her floors, bracing the support beams and replacing bad floor joist. I would highly recommend DFX to anyone needing repairs on floors and foundations. Bryan and DFX were also the best price. They created drawings, and shared what all would need to be done, they were courteous and did excellent work. I would certainly use Bryan and the DFX team again. I give them 10 stars for making my sister happy. She is 84 years old and didn't have anywhere else to turn and DFX came through.
