Very professional company AFS. They came out and leveled a concrete floor that had been poured over foundery sand and was not properly compacted so floor began to settle. They drilled the holes all around the walls and across the floor at specific locations and slowly brought leveled the floor with expanding foam. Concrete piers were positioned in place so the foundation could never move and cause cracks. Very proud of the job they did and it has been a money making rental unit for me. Tony Marlowe was the serviceman who service my system. Very professional, takes time to answer questions and explains what the process is. I’ve used AFS for encapsulating my crawl space, support system and a sumo pump after years of trying others. I am well pleased with AFS and recommend.

On 17OCT23 AFS Mobile completed the installation of 4 helical piers. I'm extremely satisfied with the overall project. Chris Clark inspected and was very responsive and accommodating. The work crew: David, Bobby, and Hank did a tremendous job with the installation. They were extremely respectful, answered all my questions surrounding the work. Couldn't have asked for a more professional crew!

Great company done a wonderful job. The only complaint is the do not explain about having a electrical out put in by a sub-contractor. It was very costly and I could have done it myself. Plus the sub contractor done a crappy job. That being said I still would recommend them over anyone else.

Allan Proctor from La Vergne came out this morning to do a free follow-up inspection of their encapsulation, air filtering, and water removal from by crawlspace. Very professional abd thorough in his review of its all being punctual. He did find a couple of small corrections that were needed and he repaired them on the spot. He found a possible foundation issue abd gave me all the options his company could provide to ensure it did not get worse. We went over all the inspection report after his evaluation and minor fixes and was emailed a copy of his report. Total professional and would recommend him and AFS for foundation and crawlspace funtionality.
