We had AFS encapsulate our crawl space almost five years ago. It was expensive but we were very pleased initially. Over the years, however, I realized the installers lapped the ground sheets incorrectly directing all the water flow onto the top of the next downhill sheet. This put all the pressure of holding the water on the tape, which did not hold after years of getting wet. Our service technician Ty could see the problem immediately when I told him my concerns. He spent an unbelievable amount of time re-lapping every joint. He did an AMAZING job and I now feel totally confident that my AFS encapsulation will do the job for decades to come. Ty also took the time to explain the control panels of the sump pumps and dehumidifier so I can reset the alarms that occur when it has to go on battery back up, a fairly common occurrence in rural Alabama. Thank you Ty. You are the best.

I had my crawlspace encapsulated, and I can’t say enough good things about the whole process. I talked to Rhett to get everything set up. Awesome guy, kept me updated, and answered all my questions I had. The crew that came and worked on it did a phenomenal job, they even took the time to address any issues or answer ay questions. By far the best experience.

AFS did an amazing job repairing termite damaged girders in our home. They were very professional on time and all-around did a great job. The crew, Jackson, Mikey and Brandon were great guys. Explained what they were gonna do before they even started and didn't waste no time getting the job done. We are very pleased with their work and those guys. Would recommend them to anyone.
