recently contacted AFS to for basement and crawl space waterproofing (and a slight concrete leveling project). austin arrived and took control of the situation from the moment the project started. consistent updates, proactive adjustments, fair/worthwhile pricing. i would highly recommend AFS and Austin to anyone who might need help with their foundation or waterproofing needs.

AFS did a lot of work on our crawlspace these last two days. It was in a bad way with high humidity, mold growth and spots of standing water. They installed a drainage system with pump, full mold treatment and cleaning of the floor joists, did a full encapsulation, installed a dehumidifier and replaced our crawlspace door. I must say I am impressed by the work I have seen down there and I would highly recommend these guys. I also want to give a HUGE shout out and thank you to Cody, Justin and Christian for all of their hard work. They were very good at keeping me informed with the work progress and answered all of my questions. Thanks again gentlemen !!

They were on time and gave a heads up call before the job. This crew did my foundation. The materials are quite impressive! I know what side of my house to go to in case of a bad storm, lol. The young men were hard workers and knew their job. I'm very impressed with their work. This company is lucky to have such a great crew who represents them. Friday I have the same company coming out to correct my walkway because it's dangerously uneven. They are going to use the foam. Thank you to Hank, David and Germain.

We recently had AFS come out and inspect for a possible foundation issue. Caleb arrived as scheduled and explained what he was going to do. Took about 1.5 hours to complete and he gave us the good news that we didnt actually have a foundation issue. It was a problem with the stucco finish. Rather than try to push a non existent problem he said it would be ethically wrong for him to do that. Character and trust in AFS was gained that day and will be quick to advise others to use the company if they need assistance. Thanks Caleb again for your time.

I recently used AFS to complete waterproofing and stabilization in my basement. I am so pleased with the work that was completed, and everyone I encountered throughout the process was amazing. Seth, who did the initial inspection and completed the proposal, was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I had. Alexis handled all of the paperwork; she was prompt, courteous, and very attentive to my needs and concerns. Cesar, Miguel, and Luciano completed the work for us in just two days! They were so polite, professional, and very hard working! Cesar kept me informed of everything that was going on throughout the process and answered any questions I had. They completed all of the work with precision and left the area looking neat and clean. If professionalism and customer service are important to you, go with AFS! I can't recommend them enough.

My experience with AFS was excellent. Caleb came out to look at my issue in my basement and had multiple options to resolve my issue in no time. After we had it scheduled a team of installers came and performed the work perfectly. The team also kept me update throughout the project with any concerns or questions the had. They had my job done in two days and it looks and functions great. I couldn’t have had a better experience with the company and the team members. I would recommend AFS to any of my friends and family.

William Edwards, our AFS project manager and technician, showed up on time, communicated well before and during the service visit, and conducted a preventive assessment of our crawl space while conducting an annual inspection of their previous work. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. We decided to encapsulate our crawlspace, and the wait time was only a few weeks. He recommended a trusted electrician to prepare our site and complete some additional, unrelated projects. William upheld the excellent reputation of AFS, a company we already recommend to friends.

I can’t recommend this company enough! I had a difficult retaining wall repair that involved digging through lots of rocks. This company was able to do the repair for 1/3 the cost of a competitor. Emily did our estimate and was very thorough and straightforward. I really like how she coordinated with her supervisor and work crew foreman right there on site using video chat so that there were no after the fact surprises on the estimate. Andres Perez was our project foreman and I feel like he thoroughly exceeded my expectations. He was very easy to get in touch with and answered all of my many questions.
