I had an encapsulation annual inspection/maintenance done today with Emmett Wooton. Emmett called to tell me he was on the way, showed up on time and did a complete, professional inspection of my home. He performed maintenance and taught me a lot about how to better care for my home. Everyone I have worked with from AFS Chattanooga is outstanding and I now add "Excellent Emmett" to the list. Few people realize that the crawspace is as critical to your home's health as the living space or the roof, but it is the truth. AFS has helped me raise the maintenance bar to insure that my home is as close to perfect as I can get it. If you have the opportunity to get a free inspection from Mr. Emmett Wooton, I feel confident that you will feel better about your highest investment and enjoy talking to a true professional who will be a valuable partner.

From the time that Jake met us at our house for the initial review, till Jesse and his crew showed up to do the work a week later, we’ve been very impressed. Jake had a proposal in our hands before he left our initial meeting which was very much appreciated. Jesse and his team hit the ground running and had the project done the following afternoon. He talked me through the process every step of the way and when they were finished, you could barely see where they’d been. We were very impressed.

Consultant Jake was great to work with, was straight forward and honest with what had to be done. Evan, Aldo, and Jorge did an excellent job and completed the work faster than expected. Nicholas explained all of the recommended work and got me on the schedule for the next day. The work we had done was a couple months ago. We were happy with it then, but Josh B and Bailey L made us a promise that if we got my heavy hutch full of dishes moved then they would come back and do some readjusting. Well, we got it moved, and those guys came back on a Saturday in their personal vehicle without being on the clock and did exactly what they said they were going to do!!! In mine and my husband’s eyes that speaks volumes! We love AFS and we will absolutely use these guys in the future when we buy our new home if we need any sort of foundation or waterproofing! Thanks guys!

Upon requesting information on a consultation Mr Clark Davis reached out to me via phone call setup an appt and was on time and very patient with due to me having to get off work but he greeted me with a hand shake while introducing himself. He thoroughly explain to me what his job title was as well as what he came to do. He did a thorough inspection under the house as well as took pictures to help me understand what he was looking for and what all needed to be like he really explained in detail what was expected to be done also showed me videos of what was goi no to be done. I was VERY confident and trusted that I was in good hands with him at that moment. Fast forward he then called me with the dates on when the crew would come and they too were also very thorough greeted me and they were all on point with EVERYTHING. I really do appreciate Kyle, Debo, and Quinton for doing a very good job and the best part that I really liked is that they cleaned up behind themselves and make sure I was satisfied with the results and I was!! I plan on continuing doing business with them in the near future. I can truly say I absolutely love the work that has been done so far. GREAT JOB YOU GUYS!

The case manager Rhett came out for free estimate. The professionalism oozed out of this guy and had such a Charismatic way of presenting. Very Educated answers, knew his stuff, even had access to uplinks who were also knowledgeable. Knowing he is running the show also impedes the "left hand doesnt know what the right hand does" scenario. It will be a tremendous boon to work with this guy… and this company has a solid professional face through Rhett. Great impression left on my whole family.

I need to apologize to Gavin and Jonathan for not writting this review soon enough, I simply got tied up and forgot until I found the review form. I do hope they can still win any company benefits because they were the best workings I have talked to in a ling time. Informative of the steps, respectful and careful of my property and of course doing the job quicker than I could get pictures of it. And unfortunately I cant recall the Project Managers name, but his card is here on my desk somewhere, and he was very helpful on working with me on raising my porch. A previous company told me they had a minimal cost of $1,500 for the foam injections, where AFS did the whole job for a little over that amount as they do so much, they have no minimal charge. He also told me the 3 jacks I had been quoted by other services was not needed (I knew that, but he confirmed my knowledge and earned my respect by telling me the truth). So hopefully all 3 will win any company benefits for this, I very seldom give 5 stars, only when a company fully exceeds my expectations. At least now I do not have to worry about my porch falling into the abyss.
