Our service technician John Alexander provided excellent service when doing our annual foundation check up. He was very detailed and tells you every step that he is doing and what things needed to be looked at when it came to our foundation. He is a positive contribution to AFS. We continue to trust AFS with our home based on honest, detailed, and competent service technicians like John.

It was a pleasure working with Preston, Gusterio and Roberto. I was very apprehensive about the whole job at first. To watch all my flowers being dug up and big holes and mounds of dirt in there place, was a little distressing to say the least. Preston kept telling me everything was going to okay. They let me watch the whole process, then they replanted all my flowers minus a few weeds that needed to be pulled. When they completed the job I was amazed at how everything looked. If you need your home stabilized I would recommend AFS and Preston's crew.

On 17OCT23 AFS Mobile completed the installation of 4 helical piers. I'm extremely satisfied with the overall project. Chris Clark inspected and was very responsive and accommodating. The work crew: David, Bobby, and Hank did a tremendous job with the installation. They were extremely respectful, answered all my questions surrounding the work. Couldn't have asked for a more professional crew!

Consultant Jake was great to work with, was straight forward and honest with what had to be done. We bought our home about a year ago, and had noticed that water was intruding into our finished basement a couple weeks back. I had AFS come out install an interior drainage system for my finished basement this week. John Jones and Gavin did an absolutely incredible job with the installation. Their finished product was exceptionally clean, and they did a great job with the dust control. John Jones was very thorough and mindful of the details while explaining how the system would be installed and showing us each step of the process. I can’t emphasize enough how professional the guys were. I also want to thank Abe Austin who came out and performed the initial inspection. He was able to quickly identify the areas of concern around the perimeter of the basement and was very knowledgeable about the appropriate repair. I would gladly recommend AFS to anyone who needs foundation repair!

I recently had an inspection and estimate from AFS and the inspector they sent out was very thorough. Wade Siler is his name. He answered all of my questions and made the entire process very transparent. If you are considering working with AfS in the future and live in the Nashville area, ask for Wade Siler. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent service!!! Great communication throuought the entire process. From the original survey where all of our options for repair and service were explained as well financing options. Afterwards they were readily available to answer any and all questions that we thought of after the initial consultation and were accommodating to our busy schedule to get our house repaired quickly.. On the day of service, Uriel and his crew, Austin, Cameron and David arrived on time and easily explained the entire process again and got right down to work. They kept me fully informed and walked me through each step of the process as it occured so that the entire 3 hour service call went smoothly and I got to see what was going on every stey of the way. Afterwards, the foreman Uriel explained the 5 year service contract and its process while the rest of the crew cleaned up any remaining mess and we completed the paperwork. All in all, I'm 100% satisfied with my service and everyone exceeded my amd my wife's expectations.
