Needed support for upstairs flooring in dining room and living room. AFS dealt with a basement crawl space to install a metal beam and posts to level the upstairs floor. Did a great job in half a day, and Cody B, Christian P., and Justin T. Did their work efficiently, professionally, and with as little disruption as possible. We have always had good products and service from AFS and will continue with them.

I was told it could be completed in two days and it was Todd Van Dyke was the inspector initially and provided a timely estimate as well as schedule. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with foundation and crawlspace repairs. They came highly recommended, very professional on time and within budget

Brad is a great representation of AFS. He did a great job of figuring out our sinking floor and also making sure we felt confident in the repair. He’s thorough and explained everything with pictures he took along the way. Repairs are frustrating but we feel like it will be done correctly and with honest work. He didn’t hide any costs or over inflate what they can do.
