We had our crawlspace encapsulated & a drainage system installed in our basement, and we have a BIG basement, so it was no small feat! The AFS crew of Freddie, Jorge, & Sebastian did an outstanding job in every way! Uber came to assist the 3rd day and they completed the job flawlessly! Such a breath of fresh air to have guys with such a great work ethic and smiles that fill a room! They were so professional & pleasant! It was such a pleasure having these guys do the job for us! Had a great experience with Alan M. during an inspection. He was very thorough and took pictures of everything. Then he took the time to explain each image and what needed to be done to correct the issues. He itemized each project that needed to be completed and showed the possible phases that could be used to finish some or all of the needed repairs. At no time did I feel he tried to pressure me into hiring AFS, but he broke down what AFS would do if they were contracted to complete the repairs. He was very friendly and personable throughout the whole inspection.
