Could not recommend them more highly. We called AFS because we are in the process of selling our house and the home inspector recommended we have our foundation inspected due to a crack in the garage.The scheduling and pre-appointment communication was great. Nate called the night before to confirm, and he arrived exactly on time. Did a complete inspection and came back with good news – no moisture is getting through and we don’t need any repairs. Such a relief to know there are no issues. Best of all, we weren’t pressured to buy anything we don’t need. The inspection was free of charge and Travis was prompt, professional and knowledgeable.

They went above and beyond to ensure the work was done perfectly, leaving us completely confident in the results. What truly stood out was their unwavering dedication and attention to detail. TJ was our inspector, and I greatly appreciate all of the information he shared with us about our cellar. He did a full inspection of the house and cellar space, drew up a plan, and let us know all of our options. There were no pushy sales tactics, and he was completely open to me asking questions after our appointment was over. Very responsive, and very informative. We cannot proceed on our project just yet, but will absolutely choose AFS whenever we are ready to move forward!

AFS is an excellent all around company from presentation to performance to follow up. Javier M, Reynaldo B, and Juan installed a drain and sump pump in the basement on my job. I am a contractor and I know good work when I see it. There was sincere and honest communication. This is a very diligently managed company. George, who did the presentation was not just a salesman, he really had something behind everything he said. On top of all this, AFS offers a lifetime warranty.
