Ed Duffey came to our home to inspect the concrete work we had done on our driveway almost a year ago. Ed was extremely professional and courteous. AFS really stands behind their work and ensures the customer is happy with the results. The driveway was installed 80 years ago. The driveway is much safer now that we have had it repaired. The repairs should last another 80 years or more!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Nick at the Tennessee location was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly, showed up on time, and made sure everything was done right the first time. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about delivering quality results. On Wednesday December 14th we had our service contract yearly inspection. First one so we were not sure how thorough they would be. It was awesome. The service technician George Steiner was very nice and professional. He spent about an hour checking all the components of of our encapsulated crawl space and drainage system. Repaired any deficiencies, services the humidifier. Then presented everything to us in photographs on his laptop. Pleased is an understatement. Absolutely too notch.Thanks AFS and George Steiner, well done.

Kayode and Tyler were punctual and professional and friendly. They kept the lines of communication open and I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did, it was a complete transformation! I highly recommend AFS, and that Kayode and Tyler do the installation. They even finished a day and a half early without sacrificing quality. Not only do we now have higher quality air in our home but we also basically have a huge storage unit beneath our house! A+ work, gentlemen.

First off, Jason J. Stoughton is phenomenal!! A good company has to have a good team. We've been ripped off in the past from contractors, and it was hard to trust someone else to come in and do any type of repairs. Jason was very thorough in his assessment and took his time explaining what the issues were. I can actually say I was beyond impressed with the outcome! The whole crew (Evan, Roberto, Handyman Legend and the entire crew) were amazing and very supportive. They got straight to work. They explained what they were going to do and answered any questions that we had. I felt like part of the AFS family more than a customer. Thank you Jason and the crew for taking good care of us. The house has been in our family for generations and it means a lot to our family. I would highly recommend AFS and will be using them in the future.
