The whole process was very professional and the team that installed my floor supports Calvin, Katell, and Kyree were very nice to work with. Again very professional and efficient and very polite. Told me what was to happen walked us through the steps. Calvin and his crew are great guys and a pleasure to work with. And fast.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Nick at the Tennessee location was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly, showed up on time, and made sure everything was done right the first time. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about delivering quality results. If you’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and easy to work with, Nick is your guy. Highly recommend and would absolutely work with him again.

Kyle arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. After spending time and reviewing my leak situation, we determined that AFS was not the company to stop my leak. AFS deals with foundation problems which I had none at this time, but would definitely call them if I did. I appreciate the free visit and will call someone to address my leak problem.

First and foremost this company was over 10k cheaper than one of their competitors! Secondly they was in touch with us a lot before the job was done so with that said their communication is 100%! They made two trips the day of the estimate cause they needed in the house to check a couple things. Once someone could be there they drove an hour at the end of their work day to look at what the wanted to check. Pairs Houchins and Kyle Juraszek told me what they was doing and why they was doing throughout the whole process. I’ve never had a company explain things like they did. These two young men went above and beyond. When they left you could even tell they had been there! THANKS for the professional work and even more professional attention to detail! You guys rock! If you’re reading this review just know you can’t go wrong with these folks!

We called AFS Knoxville after finding some concerning areas in our basement. Talon came out and took the time to fully educate us on the issues we were seeing rather than just pitching a product/service. He also was so patient in answering all the questions we posed. Because of the initial consultation with Talon, we ultimately decided to move forward in working with AFS and are looking forward to seeing the end result!
