Starting out, Kevin came for the assessment and was so kind and professional. Especially since it's scary worrying about your house and the costs. He understood and went over everything in great detail and offered financing options. On the day of installation, Edgar was so kind and informative with his team Bennie and Josh. Dry Ground Pros did an outstanding job on my home. I was dealing with water pooling around the house and early signs of moisture getting into the foundation. They installed a French drain and redirected all of my downspouts, and the difference is night and day. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. If you’re in Cleveland, Tennessee and need reliable drainage or stormwater solutions, I highly recommend Dry Ground Pros.

Five star service from beginning to end! Mack, the company sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job of surveying the damage and explaining what needed to be done. Scheduling staff then ensured that a repair time was scheduled that was convenient for me. The repair crew, Paris and Bug, showed up at the agreed upon time, explained what they were going to do and ensured that all my questions were answered prior to starting. Then the real magic happened, they were able to bring my patio, walkway, and steps back perfectly to their original positions. See photos! I couldn’t recommend this company any more highly. If you want your leveling done right, and done right the first time, these are the folks to call!

My daughter's room is in our walk out basement. It would flood almost everytime it rained, continuing to get worse. My wife and I decided to finally consider the sub pump option. Alan started the process with us and TJ came out to look at the project. Both of them were so easy to communicate with, and were transparent with everything. TJ spend a good amount of time looking over everything, and sitting down with us to go over every detail. The project was schedule within a couple of weeks, and the crew installed in one day! The room continues to be bone dry through many heavy rains and we are so thankful we went with AFS.
