Andrew performed very professionally, establishing accurate dimensions to compare against a previous Inspection by Talon, and the excellent Foam Injection lifting and leveling work performed in 2023 by Josh and Jeremy. Service technician Chris Wanzer came out to check on our encapsulation system for our annual maintenance appointment. He went above and beyond during his inspection, even taking the time to reconnect an unattached dryer vent for us. Chris communicated information about the house with clarity and knowledge, and is a great representation of standard the customer service we have come to expect from AFS.

It was a pleasure working with Preston, Gusterio and Roberto. I was very apprehensive about the whole job at first. To watch all my flowers being dug up and big holes and mounds of dirt in there place, was a little distressing to say the least. Preston kept telling me everything was going to okay. They let me watch the whole process, then they replanted all my flowers minus a few weeds that needed to be pulled. When they completed the job I was amazed at how everything looked. If you need your home stabilized I would recommend AFS and Preston's crew.

Our foundation issue was more serious then we realized. Caleb did a great job while he was doing his inspection on showing us where the foundation settled and also what was causing these issues. The crew got out here quick to install the piers and were professional, hard working, and cleaned up after they were done. I would recommend AFS to anyone that has foundation concerns!

AFS Foundation & Waterproofing Specialists did a wonderful job on are crawlspace. The Foreman Adam Chapman was very friendly and his crew was also very good they explained everything to us what they were doing before they did it explain how the dehumidifier works and they cleaned up everything before they left I would recommend this company to anybody that needs a crawl spaces capsulated. They were very respectful of us and our home, kept me informed of every step of the process, and were just really good all-around guys! Nick and his teammate, I didn’t catch his name, also came and leveled some concrete pads for us. Again, excellent work and great people! I would definitely recommend Brian at AFS for any of your foundation or basement waterproofing needs! He came out, inspected everything, thoroughly explained exactly what we needed and answered all of our questions, then quickly got us setup for service. Highly recommend!

Modified review: Isaia contacted me yesterday and schedule re-do of my driveway for today. They came out today and redid my driveway. It is no longer sinking in the cracks but is flush with the driveway. I raised the stars to 5 from 3. Original review: I was very happy with the foam process for my sidewalk that was sinking but not happy with the crack repair in my driveway. The extra cost was not worth the result. I contacted Matt (sales) numerous times and sent before and after photos but have not heard back since October. I would recommend AFS for the foam process but not for crack repair.
