I received several quotes for my foundation issues. The first was high for the limited scope that they were going to do, the second one…

I received several quotes for my foundation issues. The first was high for the limited scope that they were going to do, the second one told me that I needed to hire an engineer and then I got the quote from AFS. While these type of repairs are expensive to do they worked with me to come up with a plan that will take care of my issues, but that could work with a budget. Jesse, Selvin and Smith performed my repairs. They explained all that they were doing and even when we ran into an issue they addressed it and I was very satisfied with the work that was done.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the folks at AFS. Matt Carter took the time to thoroughly examine every detail and never rushed the process. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond gave me complete confidence that nothing was overlooked. It’s clear he genuinely cares about doing the job right. AFS did a wonderful job. My kitchen was sloping. Neil Collins came out and gave me an estimate a reasonable estimate and when the guys came out, Stephen Gill and Sean came out to fix the problem. They put steel beams and jacks under the house and Jack the house up. I Was very satisfied with the work they did. They walked me through every step explained to me what they were doing and was going to do cleaned everything up And left my house looking better than it did I was very happy with the results. I would recommend AFS to anyone that is having structural problems to call AFS thank you

The experience over all was great. Had a few small bumps in the road. A few things were left off of the work order and scheduling was kind of slow with the electrician. My salesman, Blake took care of it all and made it right. As for the installation crew, Cesar and his crew were amazing!!! Cesar was the one that noticed the mistake in the order and was trying to get it resolved prior to coming out, but he was having trouble getting in touch with the salesman Blake for some reason, he would not answer his phone call. Once he finally got Blake on the phone, which I had to call from my number, they worked it all out. Cesar and his crew took the time to be careful of all the plants in the flower beds. They dug up the rose bushes and replanted them when they were done. Also put down plywood to save the grass. Cesar kept apologizing for the mistake in the work order, I assured him that it wasn’t his fault. Blake did apologize but his communication could be better. He did resolve the error and I’m very grateful. But a special shout out to Cesar and his crew Miguel, Luciano, and Jerman!! They were great. When they cleaned everything up, it looked better than it did when they got there. Your install crew taking the time to acknowledge my frustration and being so kind really made the difference. Great job guys!!!

The AFS crew did an EXCELLENT job at.our home! A project that should have taken 3 days, took 2! We have photos of the work performed, and you can't even tell where our yard was dug up, AND..they cleaned up after themselves both days! The process was explained to us, so we knew what was going to take place, and the crew was very respectful!

They covered all my belongings and even left the basement cleaner than what I had it. These guys came out in a hurry, and finished ahead of the projected finish time!
