Our porch stairs had settled and since the brick is no longer available, we opted to try and lift and stabilize the existing stairs. AFS was very responsive and proposed a pier system. They were very communicative and arrived on time to do the work. Their crew, Andres, Jordan, and Joshua worked in a very professional manner to quickly complete the job. They were as careful as possible to leave a minimum post-work footprint, and the property looked good when they left. The lift and stabilization procedure was successful and we are satisfied customers. We would recommend AFS for this type of work.

I worked with Wade Seller on a home project and was impressed from the start. Wade is a straight shooter who doesn’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. We had moisture seeping through the concrete slab at our front steps. Wade provided a complimentary inspection, and after assessing the issue, he told me they could take on the project — but recommended I try fixing it myself first to save money. He explained exactly what to do and what materials to use. When I ran into issues, Wade made himself available and offered additional guidance on how to move forward. He reminded me that his team could still take on the project if I didn’t want the hassle, but it would definitely be more economical to do it myself. I sincerely appreciate Wade’s honesty, direction, and availability throughout the process. If you’re looking for someone who’s going to shoot it straight and genuinely try to help, I highly recommend Wade for any foundation work you may need.

I used Alpha to encapsulate a beach house crawl space that takes on water in very heavy rain due to a high water table. Was damp and nasty most other times. Moisture was causing the kitchen floor under some heavy countertops to sag in some areas so lift and additional supports put in also, under island and along the main beam. I am happy with the result and I'm sure this has saved my investment. Air quality is great now that the crawl space has dried out, no more musty smell when the A/C is off. The sales and installation crew were great. Also Hayden came out recently to check the work a few months later and he was very good. I signed up with him for their 5-year service plan for the system. My only additions were some additional water sensors in low spots and a temp & humidity sensor all from Govee that are on the home wifi and send me alerts remotely if any issues. I also placed another temp & humidity sensor outdoors for comparison since the Govee app plots them over time. The humidity at this location rises to in the 90% pretty routinely every night, even when no rain in the area. Everything outside will be wet from the condensation but the crawl space humidity does not budge and stays dry.

Great experience. After many calls and research. I was pretty sure on price estimate, what needed to be done, equipment needed, etc. I'm in Calhoun County in a 96 y o house with sagging floors. Finally Tatum and Tatum in Opelika referred me to AFS after I told Anthony what I was looking for and they don't do it. So I called and Susan was great on the phone. Seth Thomas was out inspecting the flooring/crawl space the next day and the day after that, Breon, JT, and Mauro came out and completed the job. It was like watching a choreographed dance. Then within hours Seth called to see how things went as did Neo Rivas, the crew's Field Supervisor. You just don't see customer service like this much anymore. I cannot recommend AFS more highly. Don't waste your time calling anyone else. PS Also they came in 700 dollars less than the price I had estimated, I was pleasantly surprised.
