Levi Harris showed up an hour early to help and accommodate my schedule. Levi took the time to listen and understand the issues I have. More importantly he didn't try to manufacturer solutions to issues I don't. 100% would recommend Levi and AFS for anyone who needs waterproofing their crawl space or their basement.

AFS did a lot of work on our crawlspace these last two days. It was in a bad way with high humidity, mold growth and spots of standing water. They installed a drainage system with pump, full mold treatment and cleaning of the floor joists, did a full encapsulation, installed a dehumidifier and replaced our crawlspace door. I must say I am impressed by the work I have seen down there and I would highly recommend these guys. I also want to give a HUGE shout out and thank you to Cody, Justin and Christian for all of their hard work. They were very good at keeping me informed with the work progress and answered all of my questions. Thanks again gentlemen !!

Brian, is a friendly person! He also treats you like your family, but very professional at what he does. He's the kind of person who makes you feel comfortable. Had to have water remediation due to a broken pipe. Water damaged the existing vapor barrier. Insurance company recommended we contact a large/national company for repair.AFS Knoxville sent a crew 2.5 hours to complete the encapsulation. Baron and Cody worked hard and did a wonderful job.AFS insured that they “kept us in the loop“ with phone calls and/or text messages. We are very happy with the encapsulation.Would definitely recommend AFS Dash Knoxville to anyone, looking to encapsulate their crawlspace/basement.

Alex was fantastic. We had multiple cracks in the concrete outside our house and were worried it was a more serious foundation issue. Alex did a 90 minute inspection for free and found no major issues. He gave us some tips as well. Very, very happy with this company!

I contacted AFS after seeing their ad on Facebook because we’ve been in need of repairs to a sinking concrete porch. Jacob came out and gave me a reasonable quote and Jeremy and Josh did the repairs. Job came out great and we’re very satisfied with the company’s etiquette, service and pricing. Will recommend to whoever needs their services.

If you ever need to call AFS make sure you get Evan, Jorge, and Angel. They know how to get things done! They took time to explain what the repair procedure was and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with everything that was going on. If we ever have an issue again we will make sure we call AFS. Thanks again Evan, Jorge, and Angel!
