I recently found out the Credit Union I am over needed major foundation repairs. I had to obtain 3 estimates to present to my board. The estimate from AFS was competitive in terms of price with the other companies, but they trumped the competition in other ways. Forest (the estimator w/AFS) was awesome, he took me around the building and showed me exactly how the equipment worked to determined the extent of the repairs needed. He was extremely friendly and informative. He even answered my boards questions concerning the competitors estimates because I couldn’t reach them on the phone. 12 outta 10 for the estimator!! As for the repairs, Joe Hawkins was the foreman over the repairs. Joe and his crew were exemplary!! We ran into multiple issues and Joe handled them all like a champ! He kept me informed the entire time, answered all my question, and was accommodating with scheduling needs and issues that arose with our neighbors. AFS should start a “be like Joe” training for all their new crew’s!! If I ever need foundation repairs in the future, I will certainly use AFS and while I am sure all their crews and estimators are brilliant…I’d likely request Joe as the foreman and Forest as the estimator! Bravo guys!! 20 outta 10!

Had a great experience from start to finish! Trent was very informative when telling me what I needed and then the crew – Victor, Antonio and Ubaldo were courteous, professional and got the job done very quickly! You can tell communication is so important to this company. They made sure I knew what was happening at all times. Not only that, Victor and his crew made sure my house and landscaping looked just as good (if not better, actually) than when they started. Very please all the way around!

Spotting daylight through a crack in the basement wall wasn't a pleasant surprise. I picked AFS to help based on their positive reviews here, and wasn't disappointed. Everyone from AFS was a pleasure to work with. Mackenzie was very attentive and thoughtful in assessing the work and coming up with a plan. Eric, Christian and Wilmer could not have been nicer or more professional, and did an amazing job on the foundation, and I couldn't believe how fast they worked their magic. Parris and Tristan went above and beyond lifting and fixing the sagging stoops. I've unfortunately had to have a lot of work done on my house, and all these guys were the best. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AFS to anyone.

Completely satisfied with the work Lonnie Hodo, Austin Arledge, and Herberto Palasios did. I am very pleased with the outcome of the piers and floor supports. I would recommend them to anyone that needs foundation work doUpdated post The crew victor antonio Guadalupe came out and was very satisfied with afs. They came out and fixed my porch and did a very good job. I would highly recommend them with any issues in their foundation and very well worth the time and taking care of my investment.

I used Alpha to encapsulate a beach house crawl space that takes on water in very heavy rain due to a high water table. Was damp and nasty most other times. Moisture was causing the kitchen floor under some heavy countertops to sag in some areas so lift and additional supports put in also, under island and along the main beam. I am happy with the result and I'm sure this has saved my investment. Air quality is great now that the crawl space has dried out, no more musty smell when the A/C is off. The sales and installation crew were great. Also Hayden came out recently to check the work a few months later and he was very good. I signed up with him for their 5-year service plan for the system. My only additions were some additional water sensors in low spots and a temp & humidity sensor all from Govee that are on the home wifi and send me alerts remotely if any issues. I also placed another temp & humidity sensor outdoors for comparison since the Govee app plots them over time. The humidity at this location rises to in the 90% pretty routinely every night, even when no rain in the area. Everything outside will be wet from the condensation but the crawl space humidity does not budge and stays dry.
