Although I've had other technicians in the past, Joshua was extremely thorough in the inspection and maintenance of the current system and the house overall. He took the time to complete a detailed drawing of the house using laser measurements. He detailed all the previous work completed on the house too. He brought to my attention additional items that should be completed which will occur in the near future. Joshua's professionalism, knowledge, communication skills, and personal demeanor were superb! I will be requesting him in the future for all the annual inspections and maintenance requirements for my residence!

Our porch stairs had settled and since the brick is no longer available, we opted to try and lift and stabilize the existing stairs. AFS was very responsive and proposed a pier system. They were very communicative and arrived on time to do the work. Their crew, Andres, Jordan, and Joshua worked in a very professional manner to quickly complete the job. They were as careful as possible to leave a minimum post-work footprint, and the property looked good when they left. The lift and stabilization procedure was successful and we are satisfied customers. We would recommend AFS for this type of work.
