We had work done last year by AFS and it exceeded our expectations. During our annual warranty inspection, it was discovered that we needed additional foundation supports. Yet again AFS exceeded our expectations. Yoni Morales and Alex Garcia were very professional. They completed the work quickly and cleaned up the work site when they were done. Yoni and Edel Sanchez made sure that I was updated during the entire process. I couldn't be more pleased with AFS.

I hired AFS to install SettleStop Helical Piers and SettleStop Push Piers to stop the settling of my home. Thanks to Jonathan Beaird, the Certified Field Inspector, the work was rescheduled two weeks earlier and completed within the two rescheduled days. I was very thankful for Luis, the Pier Crew Foreman, who explained the process in detail and stayed connected with me during the entire process. He certainly gave me the confidence and assurance I needed. Peace of mind is of utmost importance in a project of this size. The Pier Crew, Jose and Jordan were very helpful also in answering questions and were very efficient in their work. The crew finished and cleaned up the surrounding area to my satisfaction. The Poly Crew, Gaven Dendy and Aaron Geinert were very professional and explained their part of the process. They did a great job. Both crews were very efficient, polite, professional and top of their field providing the best customer service. I appreciate the work of both crews and their professionalism.

Anytime you need this kind of work done it's a stresser. Everyone on the AFS team did a great job of diagnosing the issue and communicating with us. They were prompt in getting us on the schedule and then Riley, Nathon, and Alex knocked out the work in a short amount of time even after I changed the job at the last minute.

Rhett Stephens, Certified Field Inspector, from AFS visited a couple days ago. He was very thorough in his examination of my basement and crawl space, even carefully inspecting the outside of the home, grading, gutters and downspouts. He explained all of his findings and concerns EXTREMELY well. Yes, I capitalized extremely because I ask a lot of questions to ensure I fully understand. He handled all my questions with grace and patience. I had two other well known companies come out as well, there is no comparison to be made. He answered all of my questions, even follow up questions by text and gave a timely estimate for repairs. He’s very friendly, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable in his field. Definitely recommend!!!

Hats off to Blake, Arnold, Yoni and team leader Ricardo for doing an awesome job installing our perimeter drain system, sub pumps, and wall moisture barrier. They were knowledgeable, talented, and professional. They showed up on time every day and kept us in the communication loop. Looking forward to having a dry basement in the 50 year old house that we bought last summer. Our sales consultant, Rob L., was also a wealth of information and helped us find an affordable solution to our water issue. We definitely would recommend AFS to others!
