Recently hired AFS to do structural repairs and encapsulate my crawl space. Eric came out to evaluate my situation and give me a quote. Cody B., Justin T., and Christian P. came and did the work that Eric had recommended. Each member, with which I worked from AFA was professional, respectful, and performed their respective duties with utmost care. Would highly, highly recommend this team to anyone that seeks to improve their home situation!

Dry Ground Pros did an outstanding job on my home. I was dealing with water pooling around the house and early signs of moisture getting into the foundation. They installed a French drain and redirected all of my downspouts, and the difference is night and day. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. If you’re in Cleveland, Tennessee and need reliable drainage or stormwater solutions, I highly recommend Dry Ground Pros.

We had Brian come out today and give us a quote for crawl space encapsulation. He was AWESOME!! He was very informative and honest about what he thought we needed to do for our situation. He didn’t try to push his product down our throat or make us feel pressured in anyway. We will definitely be calling him back when we are ready to move forward. 100% recommend.

Just had my crawl space encapsulated and floor leveled by AFS. I was impressed at the professionalism by the AFS team from planning to completion. The team of Cody B., Christian P., Justin T., and Levi J., did a great job of communicating with me on the progress and explaining everything they were doing. The encapsulation of my crawlspace was essential and I am so happy with the result. My flooring is level and crawlspace is dry.

AFS did a great job from inspection to completion for my very humid crawlspace, house support, and encapsulation. Kyle did the initial inspection, very thorough, took his time, and was very accurate with each suggested need-to-do when I got a second opinion. Daniel’s installation team was amazing, nice and professional, clean work site, didn’t leave any scrap of trash really the whole week and at the end. Indoor air quality one day after is amazing. Thanks guys!

I recently had an inspection and estimate from AFS and the inspector they sent out was very thorough. Wade Siler is his name. He answered all of my questions and made the entire process very transparent. If you are considering working with AfS in the future and live in the Nashville area, ask for Wade Siler. We did have an issue with our initial plan and it needed to be changed but it took weeks for anyone from AFS to get in contact with us but when they finally did, Ceasar’s crew came back and did a great job.
