AFS team consisting of Kevin Calderon, Logan F, Oliver G, and Ashton S remediated my crawl space. In 4 days they removed insulation, sprayed for mold and mildew, pulled up the moisture barrier, installed drainage system along interior of crawl space, encapsulated the area. Installed two condensation drain pumps and dehumidifier. Finally installed new entrance door. Kept me informed throughout the project. Great job by a great team. JMD

AFS performed superbly on our job, encapsulating and drying our crawl space in a 85 year old Norris, TN house. A major difficulty was immediately discovered — the original cast iron sewage drain was slowly leaking at several seams. This required a significant repair before encapsulation — restoration cleanup and a new modern PVC drain installation by complimentary contractors. AFS effectively advised us, and they rescheduled their work. The AFS team, Tanner, ( crew leader) and Jake and John, did the encapsulation. They worked hard, communicated effectively and the result was impressive. I’m very delighted we used AFS and strongly recommend them.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Nick at the Tennessee location was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly, showed up on time, and made sure everything was done right the first time. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about delivering quality results. The case manager Rhett came out for free estimate. The professionalism oozed out of this guy and had such a Charismatic way of presenting. Very Educated answers, knew his stuff, even had access to uplinks who were also knowledgeable. Knowing he is running the show also impedes the "left hand doesnt know what the right hand does" scenario. It will be a tremendous boon to work with this guy… and this company has a solid professional face through Rhett. Great impression left on my whole family.
