From the initial inspection until completion.. every person was wonderful to work with and kind. They were always helpful and explained every step on the way. I would recommend to anyone who needs level/ground work or anything to do with foundations! The laborers were: Matthew Ridley, Shawn Lowe, and Tavish Curry. I really appreciate you all!

I called AFS because of a mildew problem under the house. Frank came out did an inspection, took pictures and explained everything that needed to be done, so that I was very comfortable and had the knowledge I needed to make a decision. The crew, Jessie, Jorge and J.P., are the best crew. They always kept me informed on what they were doing. They answered all my questions and made it easy to understand why and what they were doing. I highly recommend giving them a chance to fix your foundation problems

AFS Foundation & Waterproofing Specialists delivered an experience that exceeded every expectation. From the very first consultation, their team demonstrated a level of professionalism, expertise, and care that immediately put me at ease. They don’t just diagnose problems—they take the time to explain what’s happening, why it matters, and how they can fix it in a way that’s clear, honest, and reassuring. What truly sets AFS apart is their commitment to doing the job right. Their crews arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with respect. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding, and you can tell they take real pride in what they do. Every step of the process felt organized, transparent, and handled with genuine integrity. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and highly skilled team to protect your home, AFS Foundation & Waterproofing Specialists is the clear choice. They’ve earned my highest recommendation.

Alan Nunalee was prompt, courteous, thorough, and informative, when he came to inspect our crawlspace today. He informed us of significant problems with moisture and mildew, and how AFS would deal with the problem. He took pictures of the issues, and drew up a floorplan of our house, showing where the work would be done. He secured a military discount for us, and a very good interest rate. We are very pleased with his service, and would highly recommend him and his company to other property owners. Mark and Jani Quay

From start to finish, AFS has taken great care and time to ensure the longevity of my home. The initial inspection was completed in great detail. Even when the news of needed repairs hit, the technician remained both tactful and compassionate – ensuring that we were in good hands. When the installation technicians arrived, they got right to work, and provided daily updates. Upon completion, the installation technicians sent pictures and videos of the completed crawl space work. They were courteous and kind, as well as professional. The entire process was fantastic, I would highly recommend this company, for all things crawlspace foundation and basement.
