AFS did an outstanding job installing the crawlspace foundation for my home. From start to finish, the process was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. The crew—Joseph Harker, Edwin Martin, and Gavin Payne—were exceptional. They showed up on time, worked hard, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain the work, kept everything clean and organized, and made sure the job was done right. It’s not always easy to find a team you can trust with something this important, but these guys absolutely delivered. The quality of their work gives me real peace of mind about my home’s foundation. I highly recommend AFS, and especially this crew, to anyone needing foundation or crawlspace work. Five stars all the way.

I highly recommend AFS. Mitch, my project manager, was so thorough and helpful. He kept me updated throughout the process and promptly answered any question that came up. The crew that worked on my house—Uber, Jorge, Chris, and Thomas—were absolutely wonderful. They were professional and courteous. I especially appreciated their onsite expertise and excellent communication. They explained the foundation work that my house needed in such a way as to answer all of my questions and to put me completely at ease. They earned my trust with their knowledge, integrity, and quality work. My foundation is now stable, and the process for me was a breeze because of Mitch, Uber, Jorge, Chris, and Thomas.

We highly recommend Tanner with AFS. He spent over four hours thoroughly inspecting our home and crawlspace, carefully checking for cracks, measuring areas, and documenting everything in detail. Tanner prepared a clear printout of our home and walked us through each concern step by step, explaining what he found and what repairs may be needed. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions without rushing. We truly appreciated how thorough and respectful he was during the inspection process. His attention to detail and clear explanations gave us confidence in understanding the condition of our crawlspace and the next steps. If you want someone who is honest, careful, and extremely thorough, Tanner is an excellent choice.

I would like to thank Stephen, Alex and his crew, Matt, and Parris for all that they did. Everything was professional and you could have not asked for anymore. It all started from the Quote till the finished product, very professional. They answered all my questions and explained it to a tee. The whole process lasted 3 days, every part of the process was weel communicated withe time and estimates on completion. AFS should be very proud of the personnel they have working for them. GREAT JOB !!!!!
