He explained the issues and possible solutions in a way that was easy to understand, without any pressure or sales gimmicks. Nick Rutland at AFS did an outstanding job throughout the presentation and inspection process. He was extremely informative, professional, and took the time to explain everything in great detail. I really appreciated how thoroughly he walked me through the entire scope of work that would be completed at my house and made sure I understood not only what was being done, but why it was necessary. Nick answered all of my questions clearly and never made me feel rushed. His knowledge and attention to detail gave me confidence in both his recommendations and the work AFS plans to perform. This was not an easy project; the foundation footing was much thicker than expected, which created additional challenges and extended the job by a few days. Despite those obstacles, the crew remained professional, respectful, hardworking, and committed to doing the job right. A special thanks to Tim, D-Kota, Hunter, and Zach. Their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way, explained what was happening, answered every question thoroughly, and always responded in a timely manner. What impressed me most was their dedication to quality and customer service. Even when unexpected issues arose, they maintained a positive attitude and focused on delivering the best possible outcome rather than rushing through the work.
