I had AFS come out to do an inspection and a quote. Everything from scheduling the appointment to the inspection and quote was beyond easy. The inspector Alan McConnell communicated when he would arrive and was there right on time. Alan explained all the work and recommendations in an easy way to understand and even assisted with setting up with their financing partner making this one of the quickest and easiest quotes I've ever gotten.

Living very close to the busy railroad tracks, They have been awesome keeping my floors level and giving me peace of mind. Bobby, David, and Jesus came out today to add a couple of beams and bracing that was needed. I have to say they were very courteous and professional and were able to answer any questions I had.. Richard came and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to repair damage to my front porch. He explain what they would do, repair time and cost. Agreed to have it fixed and Matthew came the next day. Matthew called before his arrival. After he was finished with the job, he explained to me what had taken place . He assured me if I had any problems to call. I would highly recommend them.

Kyle arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. After spending time and reviewing my leak situation, we determined that AFS was not the company to stop my leak. AFS deals with foundation problems which I had none at this time, but would definitely call them if I did. I appreciate the free visit and will call someone to address my leak problem.

Charles, Nathan and Nolan worked very hard to mitigate our issue. Individually,they are great workers, but as a team they are amazing. Great experience start to finish. Caleb came out for the initial inspection. Straight forward, no high-pressure sales shenanigans. the product and the price met our needs and we moved forward on the installation. Tim, Travis, & Cody did the clean out and install. I did not believe it was only a 'one day' job. But it was! The crawl space looks great, the backyard/work area looked as if nobody had been there, and the crew was professional, polite, and kept us updated on the progress. Zach was in touch with me the next day to follow up. I had reservations about AFS having been acquired by a national corporation, but besides the initial call, this is very much a locally run operation with a great group of folks who live and work right here in our community. Caleb, Cody, Tim, Travis & Zach, Thank You Again!

I waited a month to see how the short term results of the work they did would look and hold up. So far, I am very pleased with the quality of work, the price, and the service. Parris Houchins & Bug Boyd were very hard workers, outstanding with their customer service, and brought it down into terms that someone not familiar with foundation work could understand. I would definitely recommend them if you need a reasonably priced solution to your foundation problems.
