I reached out to AFS for a foundation issue. I dealt with Chase Prince and I found him to be honest, professional and straightforward. While AFS was unable to meet my particular needs, I was impressed with Chase’s willingness to give me a straightforward assessment and to guide me in the right direction. Matt came out to do my inspection and was so professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the entire process of the inspection and then sat down with me and showed me informational videos of the issues found and solutions to those problems. Matt spent about 2 hours here with me during the inspection. Highly recommend if you are having foundation issues.

AFS was very good to work with. Caleb Loy provided a timely quote along with detailed information, including drawings, about the work to be done which was shoring up underneath the house, the lack of which was causing the floor to sink and walls to crack. The job was scheduled without delay. Crew consisting of Ridley, Lowe and Murphy were courteous and professional. They got the job done in the time stated. They took me under the house to show/explain in detail what had been done. I would recommend AFS for this type work.

AFS did an outstanding job installing the crawlspace foundation for my home. From start to finish, the process was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. The crew—Joseph Harker, Edwin Martin, and Gavin Payne—were exceptional. They showed up on time, worked hard, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain the work, kept everything clean and organized, and made sure the job was done right. It’s not always easy to find a team you can trust with something this important, but these guys absolutely delivered. The quality of their work gives me real peace of mind about my home’s foundation. I highly recommend AFS, and especially this crew, to anyone needing foundation or crawlspace work. Five stars all the way.

Matthew and John came and drilled holes in the den floor to inject the poly into the space below.It only took about 45 minutes.Their priority was to resolve the problem of a sinking concrete floor and the customer being satisfied.The job site was quickly cleaned up as they moved on to the next job.

I had an outstanding experience with Evan, Aldo and Jorge. Evan and his team went above and beyond to assist and make sure the job was done correctly and that I was happy with everything in the end. He truly went out of his way to make things work out for me. I cannot recommend these three enough. They also got the job time in a timely manner, cleaned up their mess and were very friendly and helpful.

AFS just finished the job at our house that included helical wall anchors, intellibraces, and aquastop drains in our basement and crawlspace. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, the quick time turn around, and the professionalism and curtesy of the crews. Brandan M. was excellent at keeping us informed and updated during the whole process, and I can't applaud Evan, Aldo, Jorge, and Don enough for leaving our basement so sparkling clean and in better shape than before upon completion of the project!
