My front porch steps are concrete and were pulling away from my house so I contacted AFS for help. Dylan, Tanner, and Mason came and checked everything out near my steps to see where water pipes and septic pipes ran before they started the job. They answered all my questions before they started. They broke out the concrete, hand dug to find footings, ran piers to 1600 psi, did lift procedure, and fondly sealed cracks and patched the concrete. Overall they did a good job and I'm well pleased.

The team was knowledgeable, communicated clearly, and took the time to explain everything so I felt confident in the work being done. The quality of the workmanship really stands out—my patio looks fantastic and feels solid and well-built. They paid attention to detail and made sure everything was done right the first time. I was standing at the crossroads of whether to sell my home/property or have foundation issues addressed. An AFS truck passed my house one day so I decided to give them a call for an inspection and quote. Joe Kashner, Project Manager, arrived and did the inspection. Thankfully, it was found that I had termites, which I immediately had treated. He went over the issues, which were much more than I anticipated, and then the quote. It still left me standing at the crossroads on what to do. However, after much thought and discussion and questions answered, Joe worked with me, and I made a decision I wanted to keep my home. An AFS crew showed up on a Monday for a week long project that included joist work (adding and replacement), partial girder replacement, some sealplate replacement, and then encapsulation (due to water and moisture problems). The crew – Taylor Fox, David Ennis, Patrick Trotter, and Clay Graham (who came on the last day to assist with completion) were nothing short of amazing. Such hardworking professionals with great work ethic that kept me updated throughout the project with pics. I just can't say enough good. What a pleasure it was to have them around. Their workmanship looks amazing! I am so thankful for that truck passing my house that one day that lead me to call AFS. I know they had my best interest at heart, and for that, I am grateful. I was blessed with the best!

I contacted three companies to get an evaluation of my home's foundation. AFS Inspector Johnathan Gleason provided a thorough review with photos of areas that need repair and also measured the level of my floor inside my house. His quoted price was reasonable and fair compared to the other two estimates I received (though not the lowest). The thoroughness of the inspection and recommendations from neighbors won AFS the project. The work was scheduled at my convenience and the team called 30 minutes before arrival. Their three-man crew consisted of Mathew Ridley, Coby Stealey, and Shawn Lowe who arrived on time and set to work quickly and efficiently. They completed the majority of the work in a few hours, but decided to substitute a wooden support beam with a steel I-Beam to give the repair more structure. This required a trip back the next day and was completed in a short time. They did not charge extra for the more expensive steel beam. This project was well-organized and well-executed. Good communication throughout and sincere concern for the customer. A very pleasant, and refreshing experience. I recommend AFS and my team to anyone who needs foundation work well and priced fairly. WOW! It's not often I can say everything went as well or better than I hoped for. From the original call when a real person picked up the phone and set up an appointment for my estimate to the completion of the job I have nothing but good things to say aboutthe experience. Daniel came to our home and explained to us what needed to be done to correct the problem. He called ahead and was on time arriving. He made sure we understood what was involved with making the repair and walked us through the warranty info.The day of the scheduled repair we received a phone call from Josh stating that they were running a little ahead of schedule and asked could they come early. We told him to head our way. Josh and Jeremy both were very professional and we are happy with the work they did and how they cleaned up the area. I am so glad that this is the company we chose to use for this project.
