I couldn't be more impressed with the service at AFS. They were extremely professional, arrived on time, and walked me through every step of the process. Not to mention, they were able to set me up with the initial free inspection within just 3 days of me giving them a call. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs foundation repair. I highly recommend AFS Foundation and am a very satisfied customer. I needed foundation support work done on a screened in porch. The customer service was excellent from Mitch who came to give me an estimate and was very professional to work with. I also received excellent customer service from Collin, Isreal, and Surgio who actually did the work and completed the project. Collin kept me informed of what was being done and made sure I was satisfied with the final results. The communication was outstanding. The service team were all very well prepared, experienced, and knowledgeable and only took a few hours to complete my job. It was a pleasure to do business with AFS.

AFS was very good to work with. Caleb Loy provided a timely quote along with detailed information, including drawings, about the work to be done which was shoring up underneath the house, the lack of which was causing the floor to sink and walls to crack. The job was scheduled without delay. Crew consisting of Ridley, Lowe and Murphy were courteous and professional. They got the job done in the time stated. They took me under the house to show/explain in detail what had been done. I would recommend AFS for this type work.

Hi! This is Mona from Taylorsville and I would like to tell you about my experience with AFS Foundation repair and waterproofing. I would like to say my meeting with Alex Parker-a specialist with AFS-, was a great experience. I thought I might be having some foundation problems with my home. I googled and found AFS. I made a call and spoke with Katrina. She was quite pleasant to speak with, very mannerly and really understanding. She asked a few questions and immediately wanted to set an appointment the very next day. Shortly after I hung up the phone, Alex Parker gave me a call. He was the gentleman that was coming to do my inspection. I really was anxious on how the meeting and inspection would go…afraid I would be talked into something very expensive, mainly because I didn't know if I had issues or not. Needless to say, Alex was very thorough in his inspection. (almost 2 hours)…He came back in the house wanting to show me the pics he had taken and he was very quick to set my fears at rest….nothing majorly wrong. I immediately thanked MY JESUS for answered prayer. I also let him know I had been praying so hard that there would not be an expensive situation that I could not afford. I learned that Alex also led his life pleasing the Lord as well as his customers. I would recommend Alex Parker anytime to someone looking for foundation, concrete repair or waterproofing. A very nice and caring young man.

Had a major issue with dad’s front steps sagging over time. AFS did a great job lifting concrete steps and sidewalk back into position. Cleanup after the job was exceptional. Super courteous crew including Parris Houchins, Bug Boyd, Edgar Perez, Benjamin Esparza, and Josh Britton. I should also mention that my sales rep Jason Camp did an excellent job on the front end… Checking with his experts to make sure the lift could be successful and meet expectations. Really appreciate the transparency and communication throughout the entire job.

I recently had foundational work done to my home by Michael Truelove, Brady Webster & Jaxson Prittchit. As a first time home buyer, knowing that a job like this had to be done was not a great feeling & made me pretty nervous. Very glad to say that their work ethic & customer service was immaculate! They gave a 2 day estimate on their job completion, but were actually able to complete the work within a day & a half. Naturally the job came with a considerable amount of noise, however it never had a negative impact on our daily lives. The pictures that were shown to me of the finished project were beyond words as I could see everything was done & installed exactly as described from the initial drafts shown. It was truly an impressive experience & the difference that I can feel walking around my home due to their work is quite an amazing feeling!

I recently had an inspection conducted by Alan M. to look at a few cracks in my basement that had recently leaked water and some additional cracks on the exterior of foundation. I was very pleased with the overall consultation. He provided very valuable input and discussed different solutions with me along with the pros/cons of each.
