Tyler Whitt performed excellent service on a job AFS did last year. He did a thorough job making some fixes to things that needed attention. He also diagnosed a new problem with sagging floor joists. These have been taken care of. Tyler Whitt did great.

The technician Emmett W, that came to my house for my yearly inspection, was also one that worked on the installation of my encapsulation last year. I was shown the pictures that he took and he explained them all to me. He told me that I may want to consider changing the pumps in my crawl space with no pressure to purchase new ones. What a delightful personality he has! He was very cordial, polite and thorough. Along with the inspection we shared stories, a snack and a hug. You must be very proud to have him as one of your techs. If all your technicians are as well trained and pleasant as he was then you have an amazing team. I definitely look forward to seeing him again in the future. Thank you Emmett. (If there were ten stars, that's what I would give him. )

The crew that installed the encapsulation was very quick and removed all debris. Russell was the lead and he was very helpful. Jared Cassidy followed up on a small problem and Freddy came out to check why the GFCI kept tripping. The only knock was that I had to call 4 times to get pictures of before and after installation.

Ricardo, Joni, and Arnold did an amazing job encapsulating my homes crawl space. They were very professional and cleaned up the job site. I would recommend AFS to anyone.

My experience with AFS was amazing. The men who did the work were professional, quick, friendly and most importantly they did an awesome job. My porch and my stairs have been lifted and cracks repaired. Their work far exceeded my expectations. The office staff was also easy to work with and very responsive. Their level of customer service was a very welcome surprise.
